Hi, your description is fine but is valid just for people born in endemic areas (blister and emerging after 1-2 years if you have some antibodies) For others, because of antibacterial and anti-parasitic treatment (metronidazole, mebendazole, cotrimoxazole) they are migrating in abdominal muscular area, thoracic and head. The only accepted treatment for microfilaria just is ivermectin and doxycycline for infections twice a year ... Adults (~50cm length, 2mm diam. for females) are living inside ~ 19 years). Risk of septicemia because of died worms. Needs a TT vaccination. They never reached subcutaneous area for extracting after a skin incision. They are visible using CT, MRI, echographic f=7.5MHz
Why don't they use solar cookers to boil water and cook food? My mom taught her algebra classes how to make solar cookers out of trash because she saw the problems they had in Louisiana after Hurricane Katrina. Someone should teach them how to make those and they they'd have a virtually unlimited supply of energy when the sun was up. My mom's classes have gotten solar cookers to cook food even when it's cloudy with their solar cookers that she has them make out of trash.

1)Why the worm keeps growing instead of just moving towards the lower leg? To increase its surface and by that the way to obtain nutrients? 2)From where the microfilarie come out of the worm? 3)What happens to the worm after the blister breaks? Dies? Produces another blister?
I am pretty sure of the answer of 3 : yes it dies and get calcified , it doesn't break/make another blister . One adult can make only one blister. For the answer of 1 : at first when the warm enters the human body in the form of larvae and not adult so while migrating it's becoming an adult after getting through some transformations and it reaches the lower leg as an adult . For the answer of 2 which I am not sure about : this warm give birth to its larvae so I guess they come out for its ovary 🤔 .

Try eating some papaya seeds.
And pomegranate, the white pulp between the pomegranate seeds is really anti parasitic.
Also put apple cider vinegar in a squirter bottle and dilute 50% with water and spray it on your skin , this will kill off most skin parasites..
