If Tunubu is sworn in, his administration will be worst in undermining the judiciary more than any administration. One reason is because he is currently in court to validate his presidency. I don't think he will sit to allow his presidency be nullified, so he is going to fight, buy, intimidate, bribe, sack and battle with any judge who refuse to do his bidding. This man doesn't have a good record of a level playing field. He have a manipulated tendencies. He grew up a drug baron and we know the qualities of drug cartels.

Buhari's government didn't have respect for the judiciary because he feels he owed the Nigeria. Now where is him? He thought that 8 years was forever. Theft.
The judiciary under the Buhari government, was much of surpressed judiciary, the appointment of justice Tanko, Muhammad, which I see as, the depression of the judiciary in the aspect development of strategy and solution solving in the judiciary.
Nevertheless, we are looking at the Bola TINUBU government to reactivate the judiciary, in terms of idea and implementation.
