In 1st season she promised her best friends that they will be friends no matter what and she will visit them and won't change. And she didn't keep the promise, so that's the result. Living in a barbie dollhouse must end like this :)

All soap operas - daytime or primetime - American or British - are required to have storylines that address mental health problems. I for one have heard of cases such as Krystle's. Believe me, real-life cases are more crazy.

I don't think that this scene is funny in any way. I didn't like seeing Krystle that way, sick, confused and especially considering that she would soon leave the soap. But at the same time it also shows the poor script and that it was most likely the best idea to put an end to the soap.

The original gray color didn't do much for the corridor..I liked the contrast. I have always wondered where the painting of Fallon went..been trying to find it but no luck (though several people associated w/the show do have souviners).

Im a new fan but just watching clips here in youtube. So what's wrong with Krystle!?
All the seasons except 8 and 9 had a lot of action especially when it came to krystle and blake. What about krystle in season 6? Was that so bad? This show does not deserve the words that people say about it. There was plenty of action and suspension in seasons before and after season 4. Kidnappings, murders, arrests, car crashes and fires and family secrets mad the show non-dull yet I am hearing so many negative things about it.
You knew Dynasty was going to end when the writing, not the acting, the script writing got this kind of silly.
Writers should have been fired, banned from ever writing again, and forced to apologize to whatever viewers were left at this point.

OMG I remember this scene but I am not entirely sure if I remember the whole thing.... she got mentally sick, didn't she? But what triggered it? And what happened after Blake took her upstairs? what did he tell? does anyone remember??
She had a cerebral hematoma which caused such erratic behavior (trauma after a car crash).
Magadale, Actually, if I remember right, they blamed Krystle's brain tumor from when she fell off Champ (horse), even though she and Blake were indeed in a spectacular car crash weeks earlier.
Everything eventually leads back to Alexis as the cause

Before this overdone scenario of writing an actor out was thought out I wouldd ahve sat the cast down and said "look, will everyone stick around if we srite the series out?" This was just way too preditable and just awful to write Krystle out like this. Linda, Joan and Michael were leaving..just let the show go gracefully. It wasn't to be though..
