A Tribute to Ben Cardin

The Maryland Democratic Party was so grateful to be able to honor our friend Senator Ben Cardin last night. While still in law school, Cardin was elected to the Maryland House of Delegates in November 1966. At age 35, he was the youngest Speaker in Maryland history at the time. To our friend, thank you for your service to the great state of Maryland.
