The KSHMR sample at 1:40 is actually a howker selling his dish 😂. He is saying भाजी/ Bha-ji in Hindi. Meaning vegetables. So he is selling vegetables.

The sample at 9:32 is in quite a few kpop songs, like the ones shown here and also in "I Luv It" by Psy, "I Am The Best" by 2NE1, "Ah Yeah" by EXID, "See Sea" by Hyolyn, "Memory" by Brave Girls and "FOOL" by NCT 127. I'm sure I've missed some since I swear I hear it all the time.

My brother recently bought the KSHMR vol 4 and vol 3 sample packs and we were trying to figure out which samples were used in Kpop songs. Was waiting for a video to come out to confirm it lol
NCT 2023's album had 2 songs that sampled classical music:
1. Golden Age sampled Beethoven: Piano Sonata No. 8 In C Minor, Op. 13 'Pathetique' - II. Adagio Cantabile
2. That's Not Fair sampled Fugue in G minor, BWV 578

The one for All Night by (G)I-DLE is not a sample. It can better be seen as an interpolation which basically is "take something existing, recreate it in your own style and use it", a good case for this is something like After Like by IVE
For Nxde by (G)I-DLE I'm not sure if it is a sample or an interpolation. I don't really hear the sample itself, rather the rhythm and notes of the singer being put into the instrumental in Nxde, which would technically count as an interpolation.
