I turned 40 this year. I live my life with no fear. I’m not afraid to shed public tears. I accepted Jesus into my life by the time I was 6 years old. Many horror stories I’ve gone through shall remain untold. Now everything since then until now has been quite the journey. The one thing I’ve learned is how to be a better me through the grace of Jesus. My earthly father passed away this past December or January. I’m going through a lot of firsts, now my thirst for Jesus is greater now more than ever before. Grace is what God gives us especially when we don’t deserve it. Let’s start living life more like we want to earn it instead of just expecting it to happen. Because no day is promised so let us give Him thanks and rejoice and be blessed and glad in it. May God continue to bless us and watch out for us for each and every one of our days. God Bless you and thank you for your time. This here ends my rhyme. #poet303

I never met Earl Simmons but I felt Like I Knew him because I related to Him through his Music, he gave Me Strength through his Words! I can say I Love Him and Hurt for him like a family member, I cry when witnessing his Passing from this world and it is Less of a world without DMX, I will miss him until the end. ❤️✨
He was funny, scary, and real as fuck. Me and my later on girlfriend for years were in Phoenix like 10-12 years ago and fucking like animals at the red roof by the square and all of the sudden someone starts POUNDING on our door so I answer the door in his towel. He told me “I respect that your having fun but can you please keep it the fuck down”. 😂 I was so awestruck I could barely say “yah no problem brother” and it didn’t sound good.

Knew in my heart that our beloved Earl "DMX" Simmons family would lay his body to rest in his hometown of Y.O. at lovely Oakland Cemetery. My Mom has been interred there since Jan. 2014 & my brother & I go every month. Now I can bring flowers to a man I listened to watched, met once in person, admire, trust, respect & love. R.I.P. & sincere loving condolences to the family.

When I heard about his passing I was at work working during the pandemic Thanking God for Life and a way to accumulate finance at that time. I formed tears in my eyes when I read the news article, because he fought so hard at Life way before the fame came, when the fame came, and after the fame. A true fighter!
