Takara had it's own 10th anniversary line for #BeastWars and they put the typical Takara treatment of effort and confusion into it.

We can all agree that Telemocha sounds like the best coffee place that never existed.
I didn't hear about this toyline until now,the designs looks awsome and decent,especially primal,its give me a lot of wfc kingdom vibes,this toyline has one of my favourite primal toys ever after the kingdom-mp-robot masters ones
Those concept figures at the end look really freaking cool to me. A jellyfish??? Yes please!
I wouldn't call them a stand alone toy line, but I think it would be neat to talk about the Real Gear Robot line! And how about talking about the DOTM Human Alliance Basics? Nobody ever talks about them and I love me an Icepick or Sandstorm!
I miss when TakaraTomy were doing their own unique releases compared to what Hasbro was doing before that sadly ended with Power of the Primes.
Gimlet photos you've shown are from original BWII release. Telemocha version wasn't that vibrant Red, he had some brown shading and the Lobster Legs where dark gray, not dark blue. Lastly Telemocha version didn't come with launcher for combined mode.
Overall I love Telemocha because I love Beast Wars. I grew up with it but couldn't get many toys. Few yaars after Telemocha came out I was able to get bunch of the toys from that line for a very good price and they were pretty much the first time ever I held those molds.
Wolfang(Maximal) was called Howlinger in Japan, so when Wolfang(Predacon) was release there was no naming issue.
'Howlinger' is a pretty damn cool name!

Transformers GO! I think would be an ideal candidate for a future video in keeping with the theme of obscure Takara toylines if you had any experience with it. That one was super weird especially with the Brave Series - esque 3 bot combiner teams and also the time Optimus turned into a bullet train and a dragon which I want so bad as I love trains.
If you like train you should look into Shinkalion! It's a whole series of Transforming trains made in partnership with Japan Railways.

@@danielthomas1355 I don't know if it's even subbed by anyone. There's a fun crossover with Evangelion and Hatsune Miku is a pilot of the Hokkaido branch (voiced by the ACTUAL Miku software!) and the Snow Godzilla movie! I've watched it a little and it seems like a harmless shonen mecha anime. Doesn't look super deep but has decent animation at least and cool robots.
Shoutouts to the fact the '07 movie is canon to Beast Wars thanks to Telemocha.
Imagine if Takara did this extensive paintjobs on the new Kingdom figures...

have the motorarm , corada, and archadis, this line put in a great effort, too bad it ended the way it did.
I only ever had the RM repaint Optimus and the reissue Tigatron, Blackarachnia and original Megatron from the line and I still have all of them, all the best representations of the characters until MP and Kingdom came along

I can''t stand any of the Cheetors after the original releases. The chest not collapsing correctly and sticking out awkwardly from Takara's remolding efforts makes it look so bad.
Telemocha is how i managed to get a couple figures i missed stateside. Tigatron, and their Volfang.
I think I mentioned this before, but I really wanted that Robotmasters Convoy mold as a kid. I thought it was the best Optimus Primal in terms of both design and scale. Weirdly, I actually kind of wanted the DX Megatron more than either the Reborn or Robotmasters version. Mostly for scale, since Megatron was bigger than Primal, but also because I liked original head sculpt more than the Reborn one (I remember hearing the mutant head wings were just on friction hinges, so I figured I could just pop those off and set them aside for a super accurate Megs).
Of course now, Kingdom has given us better representations of both characters, so that's a moot point now. But I remember being a kid and thinking these would always be the definitive Beast Wars figures. Sadly I wasn't really in a position to obtain them, but a boy could dream.
Takara is already Takara Tomy by 2006-2007. A far cry that the Tomy merger, known for the latter half of the company name for their Zoids line, know their homework from the back of their hand to make these Transformers color accurate to their on-screen counterpart.

I remember really wanting some (particularly, Dinobot) as a kid, ,but they were almost impossible to get, at the time. I almost bought Dinobot, back then, but my father wouldn't let me buy online. I wish they would have made the DJ reissue and the Jellyfish.
Just two years ago, I almost bought a Telemocha Primal (with its box, and all) someone put on sale on a spanish website for 20€, but I didn't, because I was hunting down other things. Part of me regrets not buying it.
The Telemocha Wolfang is the last version of that mold that I need. Wish I could find it for a decent price
I own the initial Primal, Megatron, and Waspinator. They're quite nice

I've seen Telemocha figures both loose and MISB on Mandarake for just ¥1500 (roughly $20)

So weird. I was literally watching TJ’s review of Telemocha Blackarachnia just yesterday because I was searching for reviews of original Blackarachnia and Tarantulas figures.
The only line I could think of was Animorphs. I don't know how long the video would be since there wasn't too many releases.
Since there was nothing that said where Night Viper came from in beast machines, I made it in my headcanon he was in the Beast Wars 2 cartoons aa the Cobra that you just covered, I think his name was called Colada and the reason he doesn't remember his old name is because of a 1st virus megatron sent before the maximal crashed landed on cybertron in hopes of getting rid of all cybertronian life and the 1st virus had different side effects with each cybertronian it came in contact with unlike the 2nd one we saw that locked all cybertronians in there alt modes

I have a Telemocha Motoram. I got him for like... 5$ on HLJ? It was on clearance (At the time I was spending WAY too much on random shit on HLJ). It came and it was still dusty :p I think it was in like... 2010? I still have the oy and it came with an epsode of Beast Wars in Japanese. Too bad it wasn't a Bears Wars 2nd ep...

What about telemocha's weird fiction though told through non stop motion? The beast wars characters teaming up with the movie characters, in a story that was never finished.
I guess in some cases, both Takara and Bandai figures are more accurate than the Hasbro versions. Sometimes, like with the Hasbro Dino fury Megazord, the American version is more accurate than the Japanese one.
Easily better than the 20th Anniversary of Beast Wars... At least they actually celebrated it with actual BW molds.
