I would've loved to see Kate/Kristina stand toe-to-toe, looking up with Dante's inferno shining through her eyes at Natalia, and have her say 'You want something done, Mami Dearest, (pause for 3 seconds) do it your damn self' then she would've left calmly, quietly, with her pride and dignity intact. But that's just my scenario.
