Joshua Morse is a composer known for his funky remixes of classic tunes from the 16-bit era. Teaming up with remixer and producer Dj Cutman, the duo roll into the world of Sonic the Hedgehog with "Lava Reef Funk", electrifying the original SEGA Genesis tune with spicy basslines and beats. This is actually a VIP Mix of Joshua Morse's Lava Reef Zone remix from his "Super Sonic Fusion Collection" Sonic remix album that he released back on December 9, 2018! It's one of my favorites from the album, so I immediately recognized it within the first few moments of this VIP! I love both versions, but I'd have to say this remix is a tad bit better than the original album remix! Either way, I'll buy this VIP Mix and add it to my GameChops collection! I'm truly looking forward to Joshua Morse's upcoming Zelda remix album! I know it's going to be superb!
