there really was only one way to go, wasn't there? he had to get better!! They acted like stage actors, over acting, nothing natural, like they were playing Shakespeare, still entertaining watching the virtual birth of Talkies, coming out of the silent era where actions had to convey the story, they still acted the same in talkies

@@georgemoore7186 Actually some came from Broadway theater’s acting before doing films. Even Shakespeare performances. Seeing these great actors getting their skills in the beginning is great to see. Always a start somehow in whatever one does.
