I haven't tried this treatment yet but let me tell you how I found this video, I've suffered from ear and now Meniere's for a few years now, this last 2 years have gotten horrible. I've been to countless doctor visits and Ents to no avail. This last month, I had a dizzy spell while driving AGAIN. Since then, I've in a constant state of all the time off balance and dizziness. I can't work, drive, clean my house, nothing. Last night, as I lay in bed dizzy dreading even getting up to go pee, I just started praying. I kept saying God, if I only knew what's causing this, I could get help. Please just help me figure out what's causing this, please.
5 minutes later, I got the overwhelming urge to look up treatment for Meniere's AGAIN. I've searched a 1000 times. This time, I searched and found this channel. I've watched a dozen videos, and Dr. Sutton gave me a list of providers, and I now have an appointment. I can't wait to try this. Maybe God led me here.

Going to make an appointment with Scott Meester. Been suffering with Meneries symptoms since my labor in September in 2021. Was 9 hours of pushing and gritting my teeth. Have you seen this happen before?
Also was on Invisalign during pregnancy. Always had issues with swallowing pills- somehow that’s gotten worse as well. Thank you so very much for all you do!

Thank you I'm gonna try it , like she said what do we have to lose? Obviously nothing else is working, I'm at a point I can't drive or work. I don't want experimental surgery for something they don't know what the cause even is.

You have given us a tiny chance of hope, i dont suffer from violent vertigo. However, Ive always felt off and slightly dizzy constantly ever since my first panic attack around 5 years ago. Ive been dealing with ssnhl and fullness for about a year and a half. My symptoms have been up and down, lately life has been hell. Im not looking for an absolute answer from you, the doctors ive been to have not given me a solution only pathways that lead to disappointment. However that’s no reason to shame people in the medical field. I live a very stressful life, my body is chronically stressed and tense, ive had a considerable amount of dental work done to my mouth before i had braces. I had an anchor put in to shift a tooth over (i was born without a tooth) and ive put off having my wisdom teeth out. Im turning 24 soon and im looking at other alternatives to make my life more manageable. I wont give up hope, i may not get an answer from you but your video is enough. Thank you.
Most patients diagnosed with Menieres Disease that have come through my office are really misdiagnosed. Patients tell me they feel that Meniere is a diagnosis of exclusion, where nothing can truly be found. It is true MD is really a clinical diagnosis. Unfortunately many of the MD symptoms are also TMD symptoms like vertigo, tinnitus, fullness in the ear, ect. Hope this helps
@@DrBenSutterEugene I've just been diagnosed with TMJ disorder from a specialist and the treatment is lengthy and not covered by medical/dental insurance. The treatment involves an upper pallet expander (Im 24, I dont think my bone structure is very malleable anymore) and several other treatments that involve sleep apnea and visiting a neurologist. The total treatment is $8,200. I'm gonna see a few other doctors in the mean time. I have a lot of research to do and it's completely up to me to seek out people who can lead me in the right way. Again thank you for potentially leading me in the right direction, i'm now a step closer to figuring out whats going on and why i have chronic and progressive tinnitus. I will start my own youtube channel about my situation when i get more insight from the professionals around me.

@@DrBenSutterEugene Thank you brother, I'm not the most religious human being but i will tell you that i have hope for anyone that believes in a solid plan. Regardless, at the end of the day we have a lot to teach but even more to learn about ourselves. it's up to us to seek out the right potential help.

I had that and it was my pillow it had no cushion...n stop listening to music out loud or head phones..if you change those 2 things in 2 months you'll b ok

I've had Meniere's like symptoms for over a year now and have had a cascade of symptoms just like your patient in this video. However I've had bilateral tinnitus, not unilateral and no hearing loss whatsoever. Would that still make me a candidate? My ENTs are unsure whether to diagnose me with Meniere's or vestibular migraines.

Dr. Ben, the story of this patient and the way she described here frustration after the diagnosis is VERY similar to my case. I found my own path and related my symptoms to so how TMJ so I went to see and orthodontist and a specialist Fisio. They both concluded I have issues in my TMJ, so I got a night guard. The fisio also realized I have cervical issues. So in the last 3 weeks I am under going visits to orthodontist and fisio. My condition has improved. But not the hearing loss which is fluctuating (right now is minor 30db). Is this treatment available in Spain? How can we get it here if not? This is helpful. I am impressed about your determination to bring this treatment forward, please let me know if this is available in Spain or nearby. I would like to try it. Thank you so much. Does abody know of anyone in the UK with this kind of treatment? I'm currently being treated with a Tanner appliance. However this seems like a better option given my "Menieres" symptoms.
