Love some of the finishes, especially all the cabinetry in the kitchen/breakfast area. But somehow, they made 3600sf look cramped and choppy. Maybe it's all the half-painted walls with the dark bold colors. Nice tour though!!
Appreciate the feedback. The cool thing about Highland is they have multiple structural changes that can be made to each of their floor plans, so room modifications could be a possibility. 😉
What is included in the price and what are the upgrades
Hello! So, on this plan in particular, we would need to submit a request for the full list of standard features, as there are currently no 222 inventory homes in the area that I can see. There may be one in another area that would outline your standard and upgraded features. This one here being the model home they went all out with the upgrades.

Price starts at $686,990.
When was this one sold? I think I’m talking to a scammer who has this home for sale.
It's Highland's model home. I made the video a year ago. Haven't heard anything about it being sold. There is a 222 inventory home - same plan as the model - that's for sale and is scheduled to be completed by December of this year, if that helps any.
