It is a good one off guide for decluttering your home without the normal expense. Ive heard some super things about it and my good mate called Gray got amazing success with it.

And if you just like organizing, then you dont have ocd. It CAN be a part of OCD but its so much more than that. You get extreme anxiety over things ”normal” people dont have such a big problem with.
I dont have ocd but i have other types of anxiety disorders and i know how bad it feels when people make fun of or minimize your illness. Like, OCD, depression and anxiety disorders are not fun or trendy. Its a struggle to live every single day for many people with these disorders.

i dont like the ones where they buy lots of individually packed snacks when they could clearly just buy in bulk instead and just place them in airtight/resealable containers ajaskwodke so much single use plastic thats just going to end up in our environment :/ not to mention all the petroleum that got used to make all that plastic 😔
