Sir mere father ko 20 years se Schizophrenia tha unko keval aawaje sunai deti thi allahabad se treatment ( Risperidon 4 mg , Haloperidol 5 mg , Amisulpride 100 mg Nitrazepam 10 mg) chal rahi thi but tremors start ho gaye jisme aaram nahi mil raha tha .
To hamne doctor change kiya Ranchi se treatment ( Trifluoperazine 5 mg + Chlorpromizine 50 mg , Trihexyphenidyl 10 mg , Aripiprazole 15 mg , Nitrazepam 10 kg ) chalu ki waha se tremors band ho gaye lekin 1 month ke andar hi Acute manic attack aa gaya to hamne dr. Ko dikhaya usne dawa ki dose badha di aur Aripiprazole band kar ke olanzapine 10 mg chalu kar di . 2 month tak koi aaram nahi mila
Fir hamne Ranchi me hi dusre dr. Ko dikhaya to waha par (Resperidon 6 mg , olanzapine 15 mg , Trihexyphenidyl 4 mg , Sodium volproate 1000 mg ) par rakha hai 1 month ho gaya lekin mania thik nahi ho raha hai . Aur Delusion of infadility , Delusion of persecution same bana hua hau thoda sa kam hua hai bas
