This is so for me! I was in a car accident when I was 7 years old, so I've never been able to drive. These ideas are awesome! I've been a SCENTSY Consultant for 5 years. I joined SCENTSY becausee I love that SCENTSY is a flameless candle! I would love to for people to HOST Online Parties, Basket Parties.

Hey hun..Awesome video..I just recently started so I'm still learning and will be watching a lot of ur videos..You mentioned that you have a video, telling how to make a basket/pouch, but I couldn't find one..Could you share that link please and also share any info on how the fb and basket party is put into an order form, especially if the people live in diferent states..Will their orders come to me and then I ship them to the customers or do they ship them them straight to the customer? I'd appreciate any info u could give me, Thanks😉

+sara54501 Thanks Sara! I personally haven't had that ever happen, but if they were to, I guess they would be one good-smelling stealer. LOL The mini-testers I use in my pouch and basket parties aren't too expensive in case they need to be replaced; Scentsy always is thinking of us Consultants and our bottom line. :)

People must be a lot more easy going where you live, can't imagine anyone wanting to carry around a pouch of stuff and trying to sell it for me! Most likely would be told in no uncertain terms to do one lol. Thought it might be something I could do from home and online but it sounds too pressured to me. Good luck though looks like you will make a bomb :0) x

+Sylvia Wigley Pouch Parties are a great way to get parties circulating and working for you during the month! In mine I put in 1-2 catalogs, product lists, order forms, Host and Join fliers, Monthly Special Fliers, a pen, about 10-15 different mini testers, and normally some type of travel/on-the-go item, (like a Travel Tin, Scent Circle, Dryer Disk, etc.). I've been reading up on how to interest people in having a Facebook Party or any other kind of party. I must not know the right people. :(
***** don't give up! If you can't find anyone to host a Facebook party for you - do one yourself! :) Be your own host and invite your friends! Think of it like a home party - just do it on Facebook. If people aren't interested this month ... doesn't mean they won't be next month or even the month after. A "no" now is never a "no" forever. Keep asking and sharing your Scentsy spirit. :)

So how is being a customer of Scentsy (which is exactly what you are) working for this company? You had to pay for these products. You are a customer of this company not somebody that owns their own business. Selling these shoddy products to put money into the pockets of your upline and the actual owners of this company is not you having a job.
Great question, actually! I joined Scentsy as an Independent Consultant because I love the products - I am a customer of myself, but that's because I choose to be. As with other direct selling companies, (or big box stores) where they require you either have inventory on hand or purchase a certain amount every month, etc., Scentsy has no such thing. As a customer, I earn commission on my sales, so yes, while I do purchase the products, (I would even if I wasn't a Consultant!), I also make 25% commission on my sales. Scentsy and it's pay structure is unique, in that you do not earn money by people joining - you earn money based on sales. If a car salesman said the same thing, ("paid based on a commission every month..") it wouldn't be any different than what I do. And I get to do this from home, with my family, around my busy schedule, in my yoga pants and not having to commute to an office daily. @@TheJacquiDuran I love your response to this post I just started about a week ago very new to this I joined under you because I love all your videos and your advice I'm trying to watch as many of your videos as possible I love Scentsy products hopefully I start making more sales though it's tough but staying positive and taking all your advice.
