UPDATE:1 year and still cranks within the first 2-3 pulls. Probably will buy another when this one finally does bite the dust czcams.com/users/postUgkx43QMbQqu67IZadu9ou8Sg1BdrunMRNqX . No issues at all. Very happy with it.UPDATE: After 6 months of use and over 70 uses I would still highly recommend this pressure washer. It does vibrate a decent amount but never had it “walk” like others have mentioned. No oil leaks, still seems to run like the day I bought it. Still cranks within 2-3 pulls every time. Very happy with my purchase!Have used it about a dozen times now. Plenty of power, cranks up on 1-2 pulls every time. My only complaint would be I wish it was a little taller to make it easier to walk with it (hits my ankles a lot) and that the two hose connections were a little further apart but it hasn’t caused me any issues. Seems to run a good 1-1/2-2 hrs on a full tank, overall a well built machine and definitely worth the money in my opinion.

Fantastic video - thanks so much for taking the time to make it. No fuel was getting into the bowl and my needle valve was really stuck in place. Used a small flat blade underneath the float alternating sides and carb cleaner and eventually it came out. Had yellowish varnish built up. Toothbrush did not get it loose but fingernail and carb cleaner did. Rubbed out the port it goes into with a q-tip and when I was done it slid in freely. Put it all back together and it started right up! So excited - first time I cleaned out a carb and no doubt saved a bunch. Thanks again

Thanks for the video and great explanation of the gas/air flow and balance of compression. My main jet coming into the valve chamber was totally clogged, but when I first looked at it didn't think it was supposed to be an opening. Your video showed that, and when I cleared it out, ran like a charm! Thanks again.

Thank you sir! at 5:10 in the video, that part about being able to see through the main jet was my issue. Mine was clogged and I thought there was only 1 hole because of the gunk covering the other side. I cleaned that out and that fixed my gas leak and got my motor running smoothly again. I'd been messing with it for a coupla weeks now with no success and that was what I needed! Again, many thanks for this video.

I could not get the choke control arm off or the governor so I just cleaned the carb with the carb connected to the engine. My main jet wasn't as clean as yours but I used a strand of copper wire from a piece of ground wire to stick into that main jet and the smaller port and then squirt some carb cleaner all while it was still connected to the engine and voila it started on second pull! Great video!

Turned out the carb bowl had a lot of whitish sludge and white crystal chunks in it. I swear I've been using non-ethanol gas (stabilizer too just to be safe). Don't know where it came from. Used an air hose on the little ports instead of carb cleaner.

One really good video.I took my old carb apart a few years ago(without instructions like this) and it took me 2 hours and hours to re-assemble, and that was a guessing game.
Now, I have a 1yr old Troy Bilt p/w similar to the one in video.Stored it in winter with ethanol free fuel and some STABIL. It would not start up for me after 10-12 pulls.
Sprayed some starting fluid into carb , and it runs for 2- 3 seconds only. You mentioned in your video to hook up water .Will not doing so prevent my machine from starting.??I dont want to clean the carb as I do not think this is the problem as it was used last season for about 2- hours only. And yes, there is no choke/ run lever, just an on -off red switch,
    What do you suggest??
