Reduce the tyre pressure, increase the laden weight for traction of the tread, please, keep the transmission & gear in 4x4 low and please easy on that accelerator. Where there is as such low traction giving high raise accelerator only worsens the stuck situation. 😊
Can sail through but need skills. Even AT tyres can get stuck if accelerator is pressed. Too high tyre pressure - clearly visible. Needs less tyre pressure to 22-23 PSI, 4L and easy on throttle. Even better, get a windbooster/EVCX and put on anti-slip mode. Other way is come with full momentum on 4H and traction off with 22 PSI in tyres. And oh yes, I drive 4X4!!

He is not a good driver. In such a situation, momentum of the vehicle helps more than pressing the accelerator hard.
