We did it! This is the proudest day of my life. Thank you to all the engineers and technicians on the team that made this possible. Congratulations yall, we made history today!
Congrats squirrel! I bet working on a computer is pretty difficult with those small paws but looks like you got it done! joking aside, what was your role at ULA or Blue Origin?
@@sarkaranish office pet, i guess
Yet, Spacex and Starship are the future of space travel.....😎
@@richlo8887 I don't remember Starship being successful on its first attempt 🤔
@@thesquirrel914 This is the typical response I get from ignorant or misinformed people. Vulcan had a HIGH chance of success, due to it being based on a Delta & Atlas legacy design, no to mention being another typical cookie cutter rocket.
Starship has quite a mountain to climb, in order to succeed. Why? It's the BIGGEST ROCKET ever built with the HIGHEST payload capacity of ANY rocket IN HISTORY, while also being a BRAND NEW CUTTING EDGE REVOLUTIONARY DESIGN, that is FULLY reusable. Deal with these facts, my guy!!
Great job, ULA, we look forward to many more Vulcan flights in the future!!
The launch was louder and lower than Artemis I. Impressive twin BE-4 engines really tore the space coast a good one.
I love how the BE-4’s smile 😊
Awesome first flight for Vulcan! Some well-earned confidence for BO with their BE-4's
Good to see the BE-4 engine finally got off the ground.
what a beautiful launch this was! Here's to many more, ULA.
Man that was a beast of a rocket launch, roar was loud and mighty. I wish there were more cameras though, like showing the payload, and separation, the final view of Earth from so high up was so cool.
I'm from Greece and we don't have the technology and the infrastructure to send something out of orbit... but whenever I hear these words, I cry with joy, emotion "To the moon and beyond..." we wish ULA every success and move on to planet Mars and beyond!!!
Thanks for the engines Jeff! Way to go ULA!
Vulcan has a bright future ahead, can't wait to see it do more missions in the future
Great job, ULA! May Vulcan go on to do many awesome things!
“Gradatim Ferociter,” Good job for BE-4s first flight!
From New Zealand - congrats to ULA! Best wishes for 2024 and beyond!
Watching this live from the cape was exhilerating, and hearing all the go's right after each other during the status check were amazing. I can't wait to see what Vulcan does next for the future of space exploration. Congrats to your entire team of hard workers! (Glad you got that coffee pot fixed too...)
Glad the BE-4 finally made it. New Glenn next!
BE4 looks great
New hardware, new software, new engines , etc ,,,,well very good for a 1 lunch ULA 👋👋,,,,it has to work well hundreds of things and it work well👍,,,,,Great lunch , congrats to all team and we waiting for the Next💪💪, congrats from Portugal 🇵🇹🇵🇹
Great job ULA! I love the dichotomy of the blue hue of the Methelox BE4 against the bright glow of the GEM63XL’s.
Well done ULA. You have built a beautiful rocket. I really hope to see the awesome paint job on future rockets.
Congratulations ULA! Cant wait to see what the future holds with Vulcan!
Absolutely amazing! ULA should be proud.
It's my bus!! Super happy to see this launch!! Congrats on Vulcan!
The SRB's make for a spectacular light show 👍
Congratulations on your remarkable achievement!
It is truly inspiring to witness the resounding success of your inaugural launch of an innovative rocket launch platform.
While the Peregrine lander encountering difficulties is unfortunate, it is nonetheless promising to witness such a significant milestone in the trajectory of lunar exploration.
Great launch, thanks to ULA for the wonderful views.
Amazing job! Well done and congrats to everyone involved!
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🤩 That balance at the beginning made a majestic launch. Congratulations 🎉
Beautiful launch. Well done ULA and Blue Origin!
Congratulations to everyone on an amazing first launch.
Well done ULA. Beautiful launch!
Beautiful launch!
Really great ULA, want to see more vulcan fligths!
Congrats!🎉. Get after it!
Great to see it fly! I’m looking forward to many more. 😊
Can we have more daytime launches please so that we can see this amazing Rocket in all its glory in the future?!
You did it! Well done for Team America and Team Space!
Congrats
Congratulations!
congratulations! spectacular visuals
Such a beautiful and powerfull rocket!
This is great news and must surely be a huge sign of relief for all involved.
Love you guys! ❤
Congratulations ULA 👏👏💙💙🎉🎉👍😍😍
Congratulations ULA!!!
I love how the Rocket leans to the side after liftoff🤩
Excelent photography
A moon shot on the very first flight. Man ULA doesn't play around
Gracias amigos 🤟🏿
Rad launch, rad music🎉
Launchcore... my new favorite genre
badass
Congrats to ULA and Blue Origin
Amazing🎉❤
Go Vulcan!
An excellent start to the new year!
Also kudos to Amanda and Rob :)
Need a dreamchaser in that baby 👌🏻
Go Vulcan! Go humanity! ❤
Kudos! Go 'stash!
Why did you cover up the music with music?
Man I love what I do. Go Vulcan Go Team Decatur 🎉🎉🎉
Goddamn! Congratulations!!
awesome ula, it's a new era of space with methalox. Can i use some parts of the video to make another one ? with credits of course
1:51 how far is it from the surface of the earth ?
At what altitude did the Vulcan spacecraft separate ?
How many engines do you have? Can Amazon produce for you? Possibly a huge issue for any future launches this year?
ULA to marketing - "Make a highlights clip, and make excessively loud and dramatic." Marketing - "Ok..." ULA - "LOUD AND DRAMATIC!"
Good flight ❤ shame about Peregrine though.
Did they attempt to eject the BE-4 engines for a parachute recovery?
Congrats on this success on first try.
Congratulations to ULA personnel, we hope to see some real competition with SpaceX (and reusable boosters, at least)
Ngl Ive never liked ULA but I mean, this is a cool rocket. Congrats.
Guys, breeding off the failure of the vulvan launch we can increase or
decease the range
of speeds 2:03 and gravities which the
probe could hit the
moon. Forgive for
this suggestion,
my good friend.
Нет тлетворным планам матрицы! Только Мир! Только Любовь! Только Добро! Только Жизнь!

Were the BE-4 engines recovered for re-use or is that going to be on future Vulcan missions?
Future. Bruno wants to first iron out rapid launch cadence and lower the costs that way, only then further increase the cadence with reuse
@@_mikolaj_ They've been talking about reuse for ten years. It's nothing more than talk. When they actually recover and reuse something, I'll eat my hat.
@@jshepard152 well thats funny cuz id say doing recovery tests out at sea is more than talk
ไปไปไปไปGo
Congrats on the important launch.
It's a personal preference, of course, but for what it's worth I found the music in this video more distracting than helpful. Still a great launch though.
Go dream chaser
This would have been so much better without the dreadful muzak.
It *IS* a globe. How about that.
Great shots of a great shot.
🚀💗🖖
Video needs more blue flame.
This must have not been made by someone who likes rockets. Because they wouldn’t have added music if they did.
Was on SmarterEveryday… that Tory guy need his own channel to talk rockets!!!
“Some men want to see the world burn, enlighten people want to see the world learn”
Is it reusable?
In the future mission it will be engine reusable
Are you learning impaired? This launch system, and all of its specs, have been available for years...
Spend less time trolling online, and a bit more time studying...in the future, you won't come off as such an ignorant fool...
The actual rocket launch earthshaking sounds would be music to our ears rather than that annoying hard rock sound.
Vulcan 😀
Peregrine💀
Судя по всему батут работает лучше Роскосмоса. Привет Рогозин
RIP Peregrine and RIP Dogecoin onboard
SpaceX Fanboys: Why can Vulcan deliver double an expendable Falcon Heavy to GEO? Why can Vulcan launch nearly double an expendable Falcon 9 to GTO?
Right tool for the job; Vulcan is built for high-energy orbits
heavy can do 21 metric tonnes to GEO lol, resuable. but this is a good vehicle too
@@sarkaranish That's GTO, not GEO. FH did direct GEO once with 3.8 tonnes
We can’t forget ig Vulcan kinda bridges the gap beteeej heavy lift rockets (like falcon 9) and super heavy lift rockers (like SLS and starship)
It’s always good to have compition!
This amazing rocket is what NASA should have commissioned back in the late 1970s instead of that hugely expensive, impractical and dangerous Shuttle. Just think of the billions and lives that would have been saved!
The Vulcan carries astronauts??
P.S. The Shuttle flew 135 times, built the ISS, put Hubble into orbit, etc. Save your ridiculous takes and childish insults for the SpaceX videos and the Muskrats that frequent them...
@@codymoe4986 I’m sure the Vulcan will fly many times in the years to come; can be human rated and take the Boeing Sky Liner into orbit, can also carry future space telescopes and space station modules into orbit due to its heavy lift capability from those strap on SRBs, and won’t cost $1.5Bn, that’s Billion with a ‘B’, per launch. Did you actually have a valid point to make?
@@zandvoort8616 No valid point detected.
@@codymoe4986 I’m sure it can carry Starliner/artimus.
🤍💙❤️🫶🎊👏🏻👏🏻⚡️🥰
great launch mission failure though
Vulcan transfered the payload successfully but peregrine lander got a fuel leakage. The rocket did It's job successfully tho.

Eat your heart out SpaceX. Go Vulcan! 🎉❤
Flop
@richardluckert3215 Go back to Starbase Elon fanboy. Stay out of my replies unless you have something positive and scientific to say about this awesome mission. Troll or bait me again and you will be reported.
@@richardluckert3215 SpaceX cannot launch to GEO with Falcon Heavy expendable. Vulcan can insert 7 tons
@@dakotarichline7398 Dude, you are so wrong here... Even Falcon 9 can launch payloads to GEO while being reused. For example the Bangabandhu Satellite 1 mission.
Reject kerolox, embrace fart lox.
Brought to you by Dogecoin...seriously. This whole thing was funded in doge.
ULA : Were you able to recover the booster?
Has Starship made LEO yet?
Whoops!!!
@@codymoe4986 Starship isn't your competition. Falcon 9 and Falcon Heavy are. If they get Starship working, ULA will be manufacturing pull tabs for beer cans, not rockets.
Nice - is there a good video of this without the stupid music?
AAAAAAAAAAND it's gone.
