This was originally written for Violin, and it is by far one of the most difficult pieces written for the violin, but I must say that I like the arrangement for the recorder. Absolutely gorgeous. ^^
Michala's aptitude on her instrument is at the highest level; I never fail to be inspired when i listen to such incredible music coming from her. Bravo on Lars as well. It's something to be said a performance so close to perfection could only come from the Devil, but it's truly heavenly!
Ms. Petri, ever the consummate artist! Fine balance between the two Instruments. This is truly a Master Class in trills & articulation! Bravo! If the holes can be likened to frets, this is like a one-stringed instrument in the hands of a virtuoso. Brilliant performance!

She has something with the Devil, for sure. Along with a extreme finger agillity, her breath control must be superb! A great player and a quite beatiful presence.
I wasn't going to say anything so as to keep it from seeming that I was noticing only her good looks, but since you said something about her looks, I'll comment, too, that she is lovely to behold. Her hair is perfect and suits her face well. She is captivating in concentration.
In norwegian we call it sopranino, maybe it`s the same in english? It is smaller than the soprano, is tuned in F, and it looks like this is made of ebony, so it is high quality! i agree with you - it sounds great! =) I would love to play like this!!! ;o)

Affectations and histrionics are all too typical and only serve to detract from the inherent gracefulness of the music. Though I will gladly follow your link suggestion and check it out. There are, after all, an infinite number of ways of playing music well. Art is never a monopoly.
give yourself time, dedication and it will come. Michala didnt get this ´close to perfection´ playing skills from birth but from hard and continuous work/ dedication. (check wikipedia for more)
