Great value on this Paul. It is never too many videos of this kind, especially when we talk about dynamic sites with JetEngine.
I've been using the repeater for a while now, but I'm not sure if you have a tutorial on how to edit a repeater from the front-end, that is, load the data that the repeater already has in a form on the front-end, edit it, add more, and then save it again. thanks.

For those who are looking to apply pre-set form data in jet form builder, you have to user only parent repeater name only, leave empty the rest of fields.

Hi Paul, Great video! Would you say it is possible to use this plugin to build a custom add-to-cart with product configurator? (1/2)
More specifically by using composite products by Woocommerce and pulling the product option's data and parsing it into a add-to-cart hook. most Woo plugins provide very little help and explanation on customizing as they focus on having their customers either buy more plugins or hire an expert as opposed to helping their users learn building their dream webshop themselves.

I am developing that part and the Repeater fields are not filled in the edit form (Recipe in your example). They appear empty even though the content has been inserted (add form) perfectly. Do you have any video or experience about this? Thank you.

I think this form is only for inserting new recipes. If you want to edit a recipe, you have make a new form wit the data of the selected recipe. If you have made that form, you could make a button or a link on a recipe to edit it. And only for registered users of course. But before you do that ,you could consider not to make that form at all and edit the recipe on the backend.

I don't believe that is currently possible with JetEngine I'm afraid.
It would be wonderful if Jet Engine developed this feature. That just needed to be complete.
Hi, frist of all, thank you for the video.
I did this and everything worked ok for sending a new post, but when I try to edit that post on a new edit form I created by duplicating the first one, I can't get the repeaters values to map on the frontend fields. Any idea of what is missing ? (I already checked the pre-set form field values and entered the very same post meta for the re-map, still info doesn't show up)
Check :
1. Hidden Field Type. Change "Current ID" to be "URL Query Variabel"
2. Change Pre-set to "URL Query Variabel" too
I am still looking for a solution for my concern. Unfortunately, this video doesn’t show it. My concern is to have a chained selects fields where a user can select parent then chid options separately in two different fields. Can you please help?
GravityForm has chained selections as you require (and much more) however it is a premium solution

The start / end repeater part is a bit confusing. Why even have a start / end wrapper for a repeater vs just using the repeater as is? I don't see the purpose in the wrapping of a repeater with a 'repeater'.
