my theory on the cake: So they buy the cakes and put them in the freezer, cause they never have many customers they never defrost a whole cake cause they would have to throw it away. So they defrost it once you order it in the microwave.... call me shane dawson really jk work at a cafe, seems like something my boss would make me do
@@DT-ub6ud its what most places do to be fair, they buy in the frozen cakes from the same supplier and defrost as needed. I've personally seen it in wetherspoons, pizza hut, toby carvery. Only one very posh place I worked had their own specialist baking and desserts chef.

we’re from the same town and I used to love this restaurant ever since I was little and ADORED the milkshakes, but it’s definitely dated and the servers can either be lovely or a bit meh x
