  • Roasted Red Pepper Pasta
    I have to say that this is one of my favorite pasta dishes. When you combine the roasted peppers, garlic, onions, and cream, it's when the magic starts. The only problem you will have is that your family and friends will ask for more, so make some extra.
    Try it, and let me know how yours turned out.
    Ingredients
    1/2 pkg. - Spaghetti or other pasta
    2 lg. - Red peppers, roasted and peeled
    2 stems - Green onions, white and green parts
    2-3 cloves - Garlic, finely chopped
    1/2 cup - White wine
    1/2 tsp. - White pepper, grinded
    1/2 tsp. - Hot pepper flakes
    1/4 cup - Parsley, chopped
    1/3 cup - Heavy cream
    1/4 cup - Parmesan cheese, grated
    Salt to taste
    Roasting the red peppers
    -Remove the pepper's core and slice them in half.
    -Turn your grill on high. Place your peppers in a single layer on the grill rack.
    -Grill until the skin is blistered and blackened. Turn the peppers every few minutes until the skin is charred all over.
    -Remove the peppers from heat and place them in a covered bowl to steam.
    -Peel off all the skins.
    -Slice into bite-size pieces
