Thought the mgmt at the end was really good. Part of me died when you destroyed the Horse Breeders Guilds in all those Amrothian settlements that can recruit KOSS but hopefully it was for the greater good.
I could get Sworn horsemen from there not Silver Swans. I'm not playing as Dol Amroth.
you get KOSS and Talon knights from the Royal Barracks from all the traditional Amrothian settlements (Barad Harn, Dol Amroth, Tolfalas, Edhellond, Linhir, Tirithoros and Methrast)...with that said, not sure if the Horse Breeders Guild would actually speed up the recruitment of KOSS but it should@@epmtotalwar
@@sizzlebang3810 Oh, so you're saying it would speed up recruitment, not make them recruitable. I think by the time I have money to recruit there will be a gluttony of units to choose from.
@@epmtotalwar yeah that's why it may still have been for the greater good to get everything you could recruited and queued up anyway (especially given the Building cost bug, which blew my mind, I've never looked that hard to have noticed)....I just had heaps of KOSS in my armies when I played ND-RK and I think I was getting new KOSS every 10 turns which I think is faster than the standard Replenishment

If you have 2 generals and 1 can't hold the city the other General might have the retinues to enable it .Halbarad is off to the wars he might be carrying governor stuff on him.
The unrest should drop off and the public order should stabilise over a few turns.
Aragorn should sit in Minas Tirith for a bit, he's got a lot of paperwork to sign.

Why is the unification so negative financially? Is it just the loss of a couple of King’s Purses or some in game screw job on player accounts?
The AI cheats on money. It never goes negative and gets reset each turn with 500 or 1000 gold so if you inherit Gondor and DA you don't have those cheats.
Edit: So the AI can keep producing troops even though they don't have the cash flow to support them. This is how factions that have 1 settlement left can support multiple stacks, they get a base income each turn if they go bankrupt.

When I say to maximize your free upkeep is to garrison every fort every cities to the max free upkeep avaible ( 4 unit in fort )
ONLY the units who cannot be free upkeep in cities and fort go to war after the placement of the army
Another mistake the departure of the northern army was to early you must wait the construction of the war camp to retrain the depleted unit before attacking Morva TARTH
Hey i need little help here, im at my turn 198 and i came with Aragorn and King od the dead in the same army in front of Minas Tirith, waited there couple of turns and i cannot trigger the Reunited Kingdom event. Dont know why... Can anyone explain me what to do or any other help, please?
Have you got the alliance with Dol Amroth and Gondor? Does Gondor hold Minas Tirith? Also, it can take more than a couple of turns. From what I understand, it's a little like destroying the ring, sometimes it takes 2 turns, sometimes it take 6.

i wanna know how the hell gondor and DA do so good in your campaign in every single good campaign i play gondor is losing minas tirith by turn 50
Not every campaign. But I did get lucky on this one, I did beeline the quest because I was super concerned that if I waited by the time I got there Aragorn would be arriving to see nothing but ruins.
You know your army upkeep is sup to your global income I would say even IF YOU HAVE THE MONNEY you must not augmenting the army upkeep by recrtuiting mercenary but merge and retrain your existing units and place all your units in settlement or fort
The units who are free upkeep in settlement must stay in settlement not going to the front
do you have to run the batch file for v5 for the faction look ? and if so how do you do it ......
I didn't do anything additional in this run. It is just a clean v5 install.
@@epmtotalwar Yeah I understand, its just that ive seen online users use a bat file to upgrade the visuals after reuniting, was curious as to find out how to do it myself and where to find the file. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks :)

I CANNOT get dol amroth and Gondor to accept an alliance. No matter how much I try to bribe them. So I can’t get the script to reunite kingdom it’s wild
Did you try giving settlements for Alliance? It really helps if you border them, so give them a settlement that borders you then they are more likely to accept and you'll get the settlements back after the script.
what if DA is destroyed?
I honestly don't know if that means you cannot complete the script. If you were allied with them when they were destroyed maybe it would still work. I know diplomatic standings used to persist past faction destruction but that may have been a bug that was fixed. Maybe it was coded so that you could still complete it and just unite with Gondor. Give it a go I guess, sorry for not knowing.
You are thinking at court term not long term , if you go now against Isengard whith your level of armour you will be crushed because Isengard troops have better equipment than yours

REMENBER YOUR CAMPAIGN WITH GONDOR YOU ATTACK THE MORDOR AFTER THE RECONSTRUCTION OF OSGILIATH DURING ALL THIS TIME OF PREPARATION YOU HAVE GROW YOUR ECONOMY , your logistics your infrastructure YOUR EQUIPMENT UNTIL ALL THE TROOPS ARE WELL EQUIPED TO GO TO WAR

I think your sally out in the end of the battle against the Orthanc troops of Dunland was useless Dunland already lost 3/4 of their army and they cant go in and the battle was won
I would rather save my men than destroy the ennemy army
After the message of the Reunited Kingdom the priority was to destroy the military recruitement building of Gondor and Dol Amroth and replace them by yours
not to recruit mercenaries ,
The other priority is to place a general in every settlement you have to boost your global income and maximize your free upkeep in settlement or fort to minimize your army cost
You have to play the defensive until your are ganning monney each turn to have army on the field like you play your Gondorian Campaign
It's going to be hilarious when you discover how wrong you are about having to play defensive. Every comment you ever make is to say how I do everything wrong, perhaps consider for once, considering how well the campaign is going, that I may have a decent strategy.
give angmar map information and ask for 3000 florin for 999999999 turns, they will accept. it's really funny, even if they are enemies, the AI will always accept

You're not playing with Rohan....your scouts are not for facing down units head on m8. Stop wasting your scouts on Hail Mary's its painful to watch.....your too good for that. This was on the sally out you did now on to the rest.....hehehehe
Just watching it back, that is a play I've made 100's of times, generally, the javelins are not thrown before the cav hits the line. I did route a unit off the field as well. It didn't too well this time but it's a percentage chance of success and generally the chances are high. I also hadn't quite registered that there there EW units in the Dunland army. I think if I hadn't skirmished at all and turned off fire at will it would have gone a lot better as they wouldn't have gone into loose formation.
@@epmtotalwar KK I hear that, but there are other times before, when you pushed the scouts above what they where able to do....just this time it really hurt. I do get that "You have to risk it for the biscuit" also as they say "All's well that ends well." I know I'm a couple episodes behind, keep them coming. cheers.
