    Thanks for demonstrating that not to many people get detailed like this I am thinking about saddle hunting just iffy about it because it is so expensive in case I don’t like it wish someone or a hunting store had these to try out before you can buy it

      Thanks for Watching. Our Local bow shop allowed us to use it and test it out. But he’s someone we’ve built a trust with over the years. Good luck. We love ours.
      Was able to take our first buck in the saddle other night. Footage of that should show up shortly.

    For the record, normally you would place your steps to the side of the platform. It serves as a great foot placement if you need to shoot around the tree.

    So, that hawk ascender is rated for 220 lbs. just be aware of that. Also, it’s best practice to attach your tether before stepping onto the platform. Also it’s best to set the platform even height with the top step and to the side.
