These organic forms make me think of coral or sponges growing along the great barrier reef, and calla lilies. They are just lovely. I wish that she explained what her process is for my art students. Perhaps I can find more videos.
I clicked on this because of the finished product. I love painting ceramics. I had the fortune of going to a factory in Turkey where they make Turkish china, called Çin (pronounced Chin). It's fine and light like bone china but can be used like pottery. I wish there where music or talking for this video. I don't think that most people realize that the ceramic industry in Europe was only possible with involvement of the Ottoman empire.
I've been craving this need to design but I've been struggling to find a medium that suits my style of expression. I've always been drawn to clay but for whatever reason I've tried every art form except it....I think I've been subconsciously saving the best for last
