Судя по тому, что он уже создал плей-лист с Дианой Анкудиновой (в нём всего две песни, и одна из них заблокирована) - он собирается взяться за неё всерьёз. Это приятная новость, поскольку этому джентльмену явно есть, что сказать. На что он уже успел обратить внимание? На то, что девочка, обладающая, очевидно, от природы уникальным по окраске и очень сильным голосом, не просто нам его демонстрирует - а довольно уверенно свой голос контролирует. В этом хорошо всем нам известном ролике это отчётливо слышно. Она уже неплохо управляет своим голосом, уверенно затемняя тембр в нужном месте, используя низкую позицию гортани уже в 10 лет; аккуратно перемещается из грудного регистра в смешанный и головной, меняет тесситуры. Не уверен, что ребёнка в таком возрасте можно всему этому обучить с нуля; думаю, что она находила подходящее звучание интуитивно, опытным путём - и эти моменты затем фиксировались и закреплялись теми, кто с ней занимался вокалом. Что-то подобное, между прочим, происходило совсем недавно, на шоу "Маска": в процессе экспериментов при подготовке очередных номеров делались любопытные открытия, находились новые, прежде не знакомые нам звуки. Она уже говорила в интервью о том, что собирается использовать эти новые звуки в своём творчестве. Необычность и уникальность её голоса состоит не только в характерном, безошибочно узнаваемом тембре, но и в этой невероятно разнообразной, многоцветной палитре красок и оттенков, которые она способна из него извлекать. А самое для меня ценное в её вокальном таланте - поразительно умение пользоваться этим огромным арсеналом звуков, умение встраивать эти необычные звуки в музыкальную ткань своих песен, умение применять их таким образом, каким до неё их ещё никто не применял ...

When Diana was 3, her mother abandoned her at a bus-stop in the winter. She had a broken collar-bone.
Upon learning of the abuse, the authorities removed her to an orphanage.

Для себя я пришла к выводу, что педагоги у неё были хорошие, но Диана гениальна от рождения: она уже в этом возрасте объясняет, что такое вокал. Я просто счастлива, что мне дано это понять, в отличие от некоторого количества людей, которые не принимают и не понимают этого.
Watch some of her stuff from her mid-teens before watching her newer pieces: Wicked Game, Rechenka, Blizzard, Human, Dernier Danse, Maybe I Maybe You - everything is amazing. By 14 or 15 yo her Contralto voice was already well developed, she could produce polyphonic overtones, and had mastered many highly-dynamic vocal techniques and used them with incredible artistry.

(I am not a professional but I have compiled information found on Diana's official website, in interviews and in reactions from singers and musicians)
Your astonishment is not exceptional! Diana is an unique contralto (dramatic contralto) her comfort range is C3-C6 but in constant evolution. Diana uses many vocal techniques rarely used in pop music (like overtones, yodel, and some from lyric chant....). The one that seems to amaze people the most is multitonal (polyphonic) voice. The root notes are enriched with powerful harmonics which can give the impression that there are several overlapping voices or an artificial effect which gives this result.
This technique is used in Slavic folk music. I cannot tell you exactly how these artists achieve this result, I was just told that it is linked to the simultaneous use of the different resonators of the human body and that such a mastery of the voice and of the breath with such a fluidity requires years of work, Diana has been singing on stage and has been taking singing and performing arts lessons since the age of 6!
She has become famous in the broadcast "You're Great!" ("You are Super"), a song contest reserved for children who have had a difficult start in life. This is the case of Diana who was mistreated and ended up in an orphanage at 3 years old.
In her shows, Diana participates in the direction, direction and arrangements of her performances. She is a complete artist.

Childhood

Irina started filling out necessary documents and soon Diana entered a loving family, in which, in addition to her sister Nastya, she met Dima her older brother. The family settled in Arseniev, another town in Primorsky Krai, the little mutic girl who was just screaming and the orphanage employees thought she was mentally deficient started talking and then singing.
Even as she got older, Diana’s terror that her biological mother could not find her did not disappear and she asked her mother Irina to leave as far away from her birthplace as possible. So, the whole family in 2012 settled in Togliatti (8000 km away near Samara, Russia is huge!). Irina took all the jobs so that Diana would not lack anything. As there was no money for the stage costumes, Irina, from Diana's first shows, learned to sew and designed and made them herself; grown older Diana will also participate in their making.
The girl had consequences from the abuse she had suffered, she stuttered and a doctor advised her to work on her voice. Diana loved her classes so much, she started singing all day. Finding a new loving family saved Diana from the consequences of post-traumatic stress disorder; instead of taking the wrong path, Diana became a confident, optimistic, and caring person towards others. This difficult start to life surely also influenced his capacity for empathy and the fact of feeling the emotions of others through their songs and melodies. It’s probably her past that has made her a gifted performer who truly lives what she sings on stage.
The road to success
And the successes did not take long to come - she easily won prizes in all singing competitions. In Tolyatti, Diana began studying with singing teacher Svetlana Vovk which allowed her to win other competitions. She impressed the audience and juries with her loud voice and unusual tone. It is therefore not surprising that Diana’s teacher and mother decided to put her on the TV show on the first channel, The Voice Kids.
In 2016, at the age of 12, the young artist passed the preliminary auditions of the 4th season of "The Voice", and in early 2017 she participated in the "Blind Auditions". Diana brilliantly performed a technically very complicated song «Jodel Time» from the Swiss band «Oesch’s die Dritten». Diana Ankudinova made a real demonstration of yodel - it is a special vocal technique where there are no words, but a fast switching characteristic of voice registers (between chest and head voices). JND, she does not speak all those languages and only started really learning English 3 years ? ago. There was an interview with her a short while back wherein she explained that she will listen to a song(she enjoys or needs to perform) in another language a few times, 3 or 4 times(Arabic song she had to do a few more times), then she will sing it also about so many times and then perform it on stage.

The one you reacted to here was the THIRD time, this time with a backing track(music), but a short while earlier on the same day at the same Radio station but in a different studio she was doing an interview RE this song, as she had won a competition I think 2 months earlier doing this song the FIRST time on stage at a competition. The SECOND time she sang it was in the same clothes BUT she did it Acapella as they did not have a backtrack ready at the time.

She has felt those emotions as a child from a really young age, From birth to the age of 3 she was physically abused by her alcoholic mother, her mum beat her so bad at the age of 3 left her with broken collarbone and ribs. Cause she wouldn't stop crying cause of her injury's she abandoned and dumped her at a bus stop in winter at night Russia, Her relative rang the orphanage luckily she survived because of the relatives call to orphanage. Because of years on neglect she could not speak until the age of 6. Through great speech therapy with her great new mom the woman in the orphanage which is pretty much Diana's mum now they noticed her unusual vocal tone And that began the sad but powerful beginning of Diana Ankudinova
