After That I Went Back In To The Game And The Audio Was Fixed, If You Have The Same Issue Hopefully This Will Help.
Anybody watching this video that are on Xbox series s hover over the game in the menu press the three lines on your controller then go to manage game and add one and go to saved data and delete all and then restart the game and it will work

Typical Bethesda product, I deleted save data and restarted the ps5 and it worked. I recommend deleting only the data, not the game, and restarting just to see. Otherwise, Bethesda will be dropping an update 4/25 so maybe we’ll get lucky lol
If someone playing on XBOX SERIES S/X.... There is the FPS Boost in the settings of grafics and stuff... De-activate it and than it should work. Or re-start after.

It’s crazy that this glitch happens with no mods, no dlc installation conflicts. It’s just same old Bethesda bullshit programming like the vr release all over again.

Delete the save file from the console just did it and now the audio works and not stuck in front of the mirror
On PS5 it worked for me

2024 April 22nd here! I watched another video on this issue and found that if you go to your PlayStation settings>system>language and switch to a different language and then back to your preferred language it will fix the issue! Goodluck👍🏻

For me too. I found a solution, not all issues were resolved, but some dialogs were fixed. I turned off the FPS Boost option in game options
