@@footballforlife2643 on the East coast, games are usually around afternoon... games start as early as 8am on a regular matchday schedule and later games start around 3pm usually. Again that's only for us on the East Coast😂

Dee does great but as someone who watches Top Baller. A lot of these guys are a pinky toe away from being in the league. But what I like about Dee doing this collab is that there's a high chance that we'll see some of these faces on their national teams when the World Cup is here in 2026.

I am actually shocked at how bad the UK was. They don't even really play other sports besides football. And it was a bunch of French dudes in the end that were going to the last rounds too.

@@druid2538 problem here, is in the UK its one of the richer countries so its less on technically skilled players. Those sorts of players are created growing up on the streets of brazil where skill is so necessary and alot of what they do is 1v1, street football etc. look at all the poorer countries and they always have highly technical skilful players. Doesn't mean either country is worse at football just means they grow up playing a different style that's all. For example a country like brazil lacks in central defensive quality, think of any elite brazillian defenders and the majority will be fullbacks who need pace and skill just like a winger, cafu, roberto carlos, dani alves...
No shit haha, all you will ever hear is how good they are and how good the prem etc is, but in reality their knowledge and skill is god awful. Here the only way the game is played with is 1-2s and booting the ball and being physical, no actual skill what so ever. I mean im not shitting on them whatsoever, if like other countries they just admit it then its all good but the superiority complex Brits have is crazy haha

Loving the soccer/football content. Only thing which I'm sure someone else has said is the first defender has the advantage to the current point system. I would say you go to the first to score or maybe the person has 1 chance to score kind of like OT in American Football. That said, I know that might eat up too much time and you probably don't want to put out hour long videos. Maybe you do a tie breaker where the closest to stop the ball on line from a kick or something like that. Great video nonetheless.

1v1 is widely practiced here in Brazil. I think we have this facility because in the favela we play a lot in small places, we play on the street (we make teams of up to 3 people) and we play a lot of futsal. When we go to bigger places, we can dribble more easily (I don't know if they do this in other countries, playing in small places).

It is a little bit of a shame seeing some faking injury, a couple did seem legit but a few were clearly just flopping to try and get a runback.
If you're ever in Canada, it'd be so cool to see this done with Hockey (or Lacrosse if you don't want to get on the ice)
Maybe try 2v2’s and players get a bigger area of the pitch to play on? That could make it a little more entertaining. There would be a lot more movements and passing involved, which are more important in the game of football than just your 1v1 skills.
