Both parties must know that freedom of speech is not limitless. The problem in Uganda is that there is too much freedom of speech, and everyone thinks he/she can say what he/she wants. Who will listen when everyone is speaking? Take a step backwards and listen. You will become wiser. You don't have always to reply. Take a leaf from the President, who keeps quiet and let those announcing his death prove it in Court. Am sure there are several laws dealing with careless exercise of freedom of speech.
