Watch the arrest video regarding the warrant for the marijuana cigarette and watch the actual court hearing regarding the marijuana cigarette. At least watch more than a frauditor's video.

I think 4PS made a huge mistake when he sought the DUI, who did the Real Investigation. 4PS., thought his involvement would bring in more subs and support and it backfired!!

How does this help to advance the 1A communities to showcase a troll channel that is fervently against the 1A community? I personally watched what both Harden county and Meade county did to violate Chris and its 100% factual. It was a couple of the most ridiculous arrests I have seen. This just feels like a bandwagon jump and kinda dirty. I dont know if Chris is being 100% accurate about what happened 25 years ago but I do know how both Meade and Harden are reacting and it smells to the high heaven. The house they searched to find one single joint never existed it was made up. Also Chris doesn't have kids and the whole point for that search was because his kid was truant even tho that kid never existed 😂. Also Harden Co admits on a hot mic that the brass just didn't want this guy ( Chris ) in their county after the arrest. When all he was doing was filing a complaint on a trooper who beat a man silly for no reason. Where is the justice here?

I live in the same area Chris does. He didn't have anything to do with Jamey Noel getting arrested. Everyone in the area knew what was going on way before Noel got arrested. Chris just put it out so people not from the area would think he did something.
I live here in louisville myself and I can tell you that Chris and Tiffany have definitely had a lot to do with Jamey Noel getting busted! They’ve been all over his ass and have had his scheme figured out for a long time! AND THEY REPORTED IT!!!

55:45 - I’m not sure what the US is like, but I had one experience of being in jail, when it was time for my bail hearing, I was given the choice of street clothes OR jail clothes. I KNEW it was all büllšhît and there was NO way I’d have to be going back to the jail… I put my street clothes on. I was sitting in what they call the “prisoners box” in my suit, dress shirt, tie, with 4 other prisoners in their jail clothes who WERE NOT getting out. Sure enough I went home as expected. So what he’s wearing in court has ZERO bearing on it he was or is in jail at the time. Period.

1:42:22 - The guy has a court case coming in a few days, and more information for that but can’t show. WHY are you guys hitting on this about 1-9 days in jail? Who TF cares? He was in jail, admits it, but there is a discrepancy and he’s able to account for it. NONE of us remember the exact days and details of something 25 years ago, even traumatic events.
This is such a petty POS video and hit piece and a REAL disappointment for the entire community. Auditing Erie County is definitely better than this… just a waste of time and a šhît move. Now the frauditors have the 1A community fighting with each other over a 25 year old misdemeanor and a few days of not knowing “was I in jail or not”.
DD and AEC did themselves more damage than anyone else. Chris R. has always said he didn't think he posted bail only because he remembers being in jail. He did his time until the Judge let him out. DK's video shows the evidence that CR was indeed in jail from Apr 21 until Jun 2. (1:16:07 of this video) If CR was to ever show up in court in an orange jumpsuit, it would probably be at the hearing on June 2 after the sentence that he didn't post bail. All the crap between April 4 - 17 doesn't f'king matter.
All this started because CR found a document, with his supposed signature, from the 1998 Weed case that was dated at a time he remembers being in the Meade county jail. If that document for an in person drug test is indeed dated between Apr 21 and June 2, 1999, and has Chris R's signature, then it's fake and was used to retaliate against him because he was trying to put in a complaint against a state trooper.
I think that being on probation/parole would indeed come up even in another county. It was 1999 for Christ's sake, not the dark ages. His record would be tied to his state ID and believe it or not, there were computers in 1999. How a probation/parole violation would not ever come up throughout this whole process in '99 is ridiculous imo.
CR admits to events of Apr 4, but denies the worst allegations of DV with a pew-pew and the document shown by DK (1:14:53 of this video) has a section on the right hand side for pew-pews related cautions, and none of them are checked.
Lastly, at 1:11:32 a document is shown to "prove" that CR only served 1 day (we already know that's not true), but at the very bottom you can see that this record was faxed to the KSP for a pew-pew record check on Nov 5, 2010. I'm pretty sure an outstanding warrant would have gotten someone's attention at that time.
Sorry for the long post, but I think CR is the worst person to explain his situation, and he recognizes that. I also understand that CR could be lying to us all, but if you take a close look at the documents there is room for his story to fit. Also, sorry for the safe language. I just didn't want to take a chance that all this writing will get scrubbed by a YT filter.

I’m 30 minutes in and the only thing I can think of is…. Who gives a fǔck?? A case from 25 years ago… we ALL fail with our memories that long ago, I’d be hard pressed to be specific about ANY date from 25 years ago except the birth of one of my children, and even then I wouldn’t be too accurate.

I’m a fan of Dan and AEC, I don’t really watch DD a lot, but his old videos of him just yelling at cops and being kind of goofy (which he says he doesn’t like anymore so kudos to Chris for that), but that is behavior to call out as well. I’m not a big fan of 4PS because they too just yell and scream at everyone and get overly emotional and to me, if you let your emotions control you, I won’t watch that šhît. But… 4PS has done some great investigative work and they were instrumental in exposing a very corrupt sheriff and that sheriff IS in prison today. They get kudos for that.

Auditing Erie County has Christophereal right there in Erie County to work with and more importantly help but Erie County flat out ignores Christophereal's shout outs. Toward the end of the Live Stream Direct D says Chris should send HIM the records he's posted on his page. I heard him offer to send Dan everything he had, but thought FPS told Direct D to look on his channel to see the dates on everything. FPS specifically stated Dan was his friend. I got the feeling FPS and Direct D don't know each other. Since I know Direct D has served hard time in prison and makes no secret of it ( I've watched his channel many times). I can’t help but wonder if Direct D would be fighting a corrupt court system to stay out of prison or trying to appease another CZcams channel owner who he doesn't even know if he was facing 13 trumped up felonies? I know he'd focus on staying free.
On the opposite end of the spectrum, it was pretty obvious that FPS really likes and respects Dan and considers him a friend. FPS seemed genuinely hurt that AEC thinks bad of him now and he offered Dan any records he had in order to gain back his respect. It really may be a good idea to accept that offer, Dan. It couldn't hurt anything and I'm sure FPS has plenty to do to fight all those felonies.but likes and respects u enough to take the time to give u all his records if it will help make sense of all the things being confused between the different cases. You have many fans in the AEC fam and I am one.
To Direct D, obviously you and FPS aren't even acquainted so it's pretty petty to expect him to go out of his way for YOUR approval especially when he's fighting for his freedom. That's called "kicking a man when he's down" where I come from! People put some horrible things about u on CZcams also but you don't ever try to prove them wrong. Probation in scott county tennessee 4,1 year I've been was 1 maybe 2 counties over and got caught on a simple position charge and God. Another year, probati was afraid I was gonna get caught. Being UN probation in 2 separate counties. Same state I went and borrowed the money. And paid off both probation agencies and was free and clear
I think they were correct to do this. Sometimes truth is painful.
At core of all this is credibility. You can screw up, do your time or whatever and truly be forgiven, but credibility is everything. I tried to teach my children this as oppurtunities presented. For myself, both dummy and 4PS lack my total credibility, in which case im too busy to take either seriously nor have intrest in either, outside of human compassion for thier problems. Outside of casual intrest, I dont understand why Chris or Dan have expressed intrest other than maybe to show that yes there are bad auditors out there just like bad police. Is this the point? Im confused for what seems obvious to me.
@kcrispy1693 police in my area make sure they do the right thing cause they know I'll be watching. That's the point of Auditing Erie County. Now if we call out our own community and get the same results of other Auditors think twice before lying then I call that a win too. THIS IS A GRRRREAT VIDEO!! I applaud you guys for taking this extremely unusual and controversial subject up!! I have been a subscriber of all 3 of you guys for 4 years of “DD”, in fact he got me into this community. I’ve been a sub of Dan, since his beginning and CR as well. I have had several screen names over the years, but I’m a 71 Y/O from Florida. CR has had some tuff times since he went to help his friend at the State Police and all this started. So I feel bad for what they have been through.
But the smoke and BS all comes down to one crucial point and that was raised by the DUI guy, and that is this, who the farq is your “imposter” and why isn’t that the number one issue?
I watched many of Krugers videos too! I’m sorry for CR., but I un-sub’d him when I came to my own conclusions! Lie to the cops, lie to the court, but don’t lie to your supporters!
CR wants to convince us that it’s all too confusing, but it’s not.

I know the judge didn't release him on the 7th because i saw the video. The judge was pissed because he said Chris violated the courts order to stay away from his own house. He couldn't go back and get clothes or nothing the judge kept him and put him back in jail

From personal experience I can't remember how many times/days spent in juvie I did from 13 to 17 and only a rough idea of charges. There is no way I could say I was stopped on "January 21, 1999, and was charged for curfew and possession of tobacco by a minor" Those charges may be right yet that date who knows, I just pulled out of somewhat thin air.
I went to county jail multiple times in the 90's and I can't even remember why, much less the number of days I did on each charge.
I can't even remember sht I did last year.

Hey D! I'm piecing it all together. There is so much to say about it. I can relate to both sides in many ways. But ultimately I agree with you that FPS is at best misleading. And arguably, I believe that all his "bad acts"/arrests are relevant to the conversation whether he was convicted on a particular charge, ie DV, or only arrested for it and the charge dismissed, or whether it was dropped down to a lesser charge/assault. FPS was playing semantics many times and that doesn't sit right with me. Many DV "victims" retract their statement for whatever reason, that doesn't mean the accused didn't do the crime. Also, claiming "I didn't remember" is awfully convenient when he made several statements that claimed he knew the facts. If he didn't know, he should've just said he didn't know. He shouldn't guess and then when caught in a lie say "oh I didn't remember" as it raises red flags on everything else he says from then on out.
I'm only half way through the video and will have to come back to watch the rest. I'll get back to you with more feedback if you'd like when I'm done with the other half.

At the very mimimum, Chris is all screwedup in is dates and is in his mind down playing his DV confession. In light of this credibility and memory are highly questionable. As such it is not reasonable beyong shadow of doubt to believe any actions or aligations by the state are not factual. As such there is the 5th amendment which he better just take note. DUI+ guy has every justification to distance himself as far as he'd like. To bring ip ethics and complain about that is just rediculous. Now like touge kindly says, your presumed innocent just stop making your life worse, excercize your 5th, cause at minimum your 1st is not working so well. I'm a huge fan of all of these three guy's channels. I have the utmost respect for Dan especially. I'm very curious about Rogue Nation changing his opinion.
