4.Inter tansverse ligament 10:19

highly variable
attach to deep muscle around the spine

between two spinous processes
contributes to lumbar spine stability
6.Supraspinous ligament 13:41
first one to get affected on hyperflexion
between two spinous processes but more superficial
connects with the thoracolumbar region
in cervical region its called ligamentum nuchae
mechanoreceptors are present whos damage can affect the recruitment of stabilizers
