The little girl who was left paralyzed by a backbend is learning to walk again. Her mother, Kylee, told Inside Edition: "we look at how much stronger she is getting day by day by day and we just realize that there is nothing that is ever going to stop her." Two years ago Eden Hoelscher did a back bend that left her paralyzed after she hyper-extended her spine. The once active five-year-old who had boundless energy was asking a question that broke her parents' hearts. #InsideEdition

For those of you wondering, her spine hyper-extended while performing a back bend. She probably stretched too far. So if you're worried just try not too push yourself too hard. If your back starts to hurt unusually then you should take a break from the back bend. :)

I'm not sure the word brave applies here. Now before you all dive on me, I think she is super courageous, wonderful, brilliant, all that. But bravery is a choice. Like jumping in front of a bullet. You choose to either do it and risk your life or not do it to save yourself. Choosing to do something like that is bravery. This is determination to survive, will to succeed. Equally as amazing as bravery, but the word bravery is slowly losing it's meaning as we use it to describe things without a choice.
