i've learned about E-hinges, adjusting movements, Pneumatics, the care and time needed to maintain a show, and how big of a pain in the butt sand can be.

In case Aaron reads this, once you're done servicing this show I'd love to see you go in depth explaining the engineering behind the controls system for the shows. I watch a lot of engineering blogs and machining channels, and it's just fascinating to learn from the experts in a field. No matter what, keep up the good work!
He probably won't do that cause he don't want anybody stealing his schematics (like the wake a mole was)

wow. you two guys could potentially spend hundreds of hours at this. if the robots were still in production and readily available, it might be cheaper to just replace the whole thing. i can't imagine the bear-a-dise owners are getting rich off of it, so you can understand how they let it get to this condition before finally sending it in for a tune-up.

It is terrific how these animatronics work like come on your ideas Aaron are great! I've even got a great idea for electronimation when I get older

I wish y'all would have shirts in the gift shop. CE shirts one that says CE logo on front and on back - "Rock a Fire Explosion specialist" or "Rock a fire Explosion Project" or one that just has the Rock a fire explosion on the front with the Creative Engineering name on the back. I would buy a shirt!!! I think other people would too!

You can really see the difference with proper adjusting billy bobs the only mouth movement that looks natural.
Is this diagnostic program you use included in the programming of every show or something you have only when you are brought in to repair/upgrade a show?Also back in EP 6 can you elaborate a bit on the upgrades you did to the control system? You stated they don't need the oiler box anymore and you stated you replaced a wave shaper.
They might have made those as manuals for different restaurant or repairmen of CEI.

+therockafire is it possible that they put the Mac valve quick disconnects for Fatz were screwed on wrong? This would explain why the valves are airing up the wrong parts.

Nope that's not how it works, valves don't do the adjustments.

I so want to barter the tour fee with a blueprint set. A new one, proper IP and all, simplified but enough detail to help everyone tinkering, new and old, repairing or making their own.. Another thing to have in your shop, and also for sale. :)
I give it at least a year after the restoration is done until it needs it again unless to people who run bear a dice learn from this.
