- Season Finales for Star Trek series are always a tough landing to stick. Thankfully I can say
that Star Trek: Lower Decks Season 4 has just had a fantastic ending to its fourth season
run. This is an episode that both wraps up the season-long story arcs, but also makes call
backs to the adventures we’ve watched over the past months. Honestly, this might be one of
my favourite episodes of Lower Decks so far!

Title: End Of The Line for Star Trek: Lower Decks Season 4! - Review
#StarTrek #LowerDecks - Zábava
This was an amazing end to the series of Star Trek Lower Decks season 4. I can't wait for season 5.
This last episode, and whole season is more startrek to me then anyother content out there right now.🎉🎉
I 100% agree. This episode specifically. From opening with "previously on Star Trek lower decks" and then "and now the continuation." Command telling them they can't go. Captain Freeman announcing to the crew that she is going to break command. The crew sticking with the captain. The crew having to figure out a different way to use the Orion ship. When command gives captain freeman a pass because they saved they day and had a good result even though they broke command .. none of this was played as a joke, and it all felt soooo star trek.
I have to admit this Star Trek Lower Deck Season 4 turn out be the best as Mariner, Boimler, Tendi and Rutherford became Lieutenant Junior while facing a lot of challenge. The final episode of Star Trek Lower Deck Season 5 is good except for Tendi to leave the Cerrito to return to her home planet Orion but watching at the end of the episode feels more like a cliffhanger because Tendi looks like she's turning evil after seeing her eyes. Well we're going to have to find until next year to see if Tendi will return to Cerritos and her friends.
I think Tendi's sister is going to deeply regret coercing her sister's return. Tendi has grown too, and is much more self-confident than she was in season 1. It wouldn't surprise me if Tendi proves to be a serious threat because of that and she gets sent back to starfleet to prevent Tendi taking over; which i suspect is Tendi's ultimate plan.
Loved it. I really wanted the return of Sito though. I was hoping at the end we'd find she was one of the crew in Lacarno's fleet and would just save the day having been 'liberated' from a remote cardiassian camp or something. And it would have been cool to have her join the LD crew in season 5. I dunno, I loved the ep but it was just that one step off for me.
at least the actress that plays Sito returns for that small roll
Season 5 just couldn't come quick enough. It's pretty much the best show out right now!
Loved it ! It was Awesome. I can't wait for the 5th Season. I'm also looking forward to the new shows , Star Fleet Academy, and Star Fleet Section 31.
Her expression at the very end makes me think she’s scheming a way back.
6:21 I think Tendi promised Tendi 2 she would come back. I don’t recall what she’d do, how she does it, and how long she stays for discussed. Do you?
I saw a comment somewhere on CZcams. Where every season/ final delt with one of the 4 lower Deckers leaving/dying and coming straight back. this time it's Tendi's turn. I do love this. Each Final and through every season help build so much character for all 5 Lower Deckers.
Surprisingly excellent.
2:52 According to one of the producers, this was actually a _Sabrerunner_-class ship, kind of a mini-Steamrunner.
Don't forget Boothby!
Where did the Klingon Bird of Prey come from? The only Klingon ship we saw get taken over was recovered by its Captain in last weeks episode so where did the second one come from?
Guess he just hired some mercenaries or something?
I haven't seen anyone comment on the awesome end credits music this episode had.
this wasn't the best season of lower decks but the finale made up for all of that, it was amazing
I love thiss show please bring season 5,6,7.... As fast as u can
The last scen is soooo good.
The réflexion ine the ship window 👏👏👏👏 sims that she tack 2 opposit direction at the same time 👌 so good
I hope the Lower Decks series ends with the Lower Decks crew getting their own ship in a spin-off series maybe an Akira class
They should've named this episode "The Wrath of Locarno", they pratically remake the "The Wrath of Khan" in this episode.
While i think your review/analysis was solid, i cant believe you didn't mention the Titan A.E. cameo.
Nick really should have joined The Marquis. Nick's skillful planning with Nova Fleet was very impressed. Nick joining The Marquis would have been a huge game changer for the rebel group.🤔
I am suprised he did'nt but then again his twin brother Tom Paris did briefly join the Maquis
I've been hoping for a long time that Sito actually survived, maybe in a Section 31 coverup or something related.
I really very much doubt we've seen the last of Tendi. No way has she given up on Starfleet or her friends yet.
First time since voyager we’ve seen a ship that gives off Babylon 5 station vibes. Do the writers etc of Star Trek have Babylon 5 envy???
Unfortunately season 5 is apparently the last. Would a fan campaign convince Paramount to extend the series? This awesome series deserves at least 7 seasons! Could Netflix pick up this series?
we already know that tendi will be coming back in season 5.
This season 4 ended was amazing
nooooooooooooo. tendi is gone from the cast? i thought it was something like they'd get her back at the beginning of the season.
this was truly a Great season finale
I really think that the series should have added Jet to the group.🤔😔😭
Best episode of the season by a long shot.
2:05 Eh. Arguably, he always was one.
As they made a point of saying that Locarno's DNA was joined with the planet I think it is possible he may experience some sort of resurrection.
They said his *atoms* are part of the planet, not DNA. Khan didn't get reborn on the original Genesis Planet. I don't think it works that way.
Lower Decks has been a ray of sunshine in these otherwise terrible Star Trek years.
I'm really glad that this season finally gave us answer on what cause Mariner's behavior problems and lost confidences. The death of her's friend Sito Jaxa and the stress of The Dominion Wars really effect Mariner in a negative way.🤔
