The release date announcement is way more important news. Don't expect it to drop in a showcase less important than main ones. I do feel that due to they are releasing on all platforms at the same time they may release the news on an event like summer game fest. The second most probable choice for me is an Xbox event due to the way they showed the trailer and the fact that PS only got a simple tweet with couple screenshots, it may be an advertising deal between the two. Just guessing IDK.
