I have PCOS and Neutrogena acne face wash will do the trick, no need to spend a lot of money. Make sure to get the cleanser and exfoliating acne wash too. My pharmacist recommended it and it works.
Yes I LOVE my Neutragena products. It’s been the best thing I’ve come across but I still have my occasional flare ups and I want to get better control of that.

I have PCOS too! Luckily my skin isn't so affected but I've been using Cerave moisturizing cream. It's not too bad price wise and a little goes along way so it ends up being pretty cheap over all!
Yes I’ve tried that brand. It didn’t work the best for me that’s why I gravitated towards Neutrogena

I have pcos; I take Berberine vitamins and Myo Inositol & D Chiro Inositol vitamins. Definitely helps with symptoms

Glad the electricity settled down this month! 😪 Hopefully as spring shows its face that bill will settle down, lol. Also wanted to say thanks for inspiring me to start a sinking fund to pay my car insurance! I'm hoping I can save up enough to pay it in full for the year, or at least 6 months if I can swing it. 🙏I started late in the game but I'm going to keep it up for next year so it's not as painful to save for, lol.
I have PCOS too and the cystic acne is REAL. If you don't mind dropping the rec, let me know how it goes with whatever product you try! Right now I'm using benzoyl peroxide and Mighty patches for spot treatments when I have really bad flare-ups, and I'm also trying this sulfur ointment from De La Cruz but it STINKS. 😂 I want to see if I can get some sort of prescription to take orally, since with PCOS the acne is usually hormonal. We'll see!
Love to hear that you are saving up for your car insurance. It takes some time to get started but once you are on a schedule it becomes easier and less stressful. I’m taking recommendations from others regarding my PCOS but if I come across anything good I’ll mention it 🤗
Have you consulted with a dermatologist about your skin condition. I would consider doing that before investing money in products that may not be effective for you. Not every product works for everybody.

Thank you, yes I’ve discussed with them and they’ve shared certain ingredients in products I should use but the medication that the dermatologist suggest is even more expensive than the things I was testing out.
