- Huge gap jumps and snapping ramps - Urban MTB freeride lines and slopestyle setups! I create sick jumps with my MTB hopper portable ramps in my hometown, as well as landing new tricks and going big! Would you ride these ramps?
Today I get my MTB Hopper ramps out in an attempt to create some urban slopestyle lines in and around my hometown at some new spots littered around the streets. I was riding my Haibike dirt jump mountain bike as this is the best machine to pull of tricks in tight spaces and is definitely my most favoured bike! I start the video with a big set up that took around 1 hour to make but disaster struck when one of the ramps snapped and my tire exploded! So with plans failing we moved on to a classic spot to throw a new trick for the hopper ramps and I was stoked to land it! After hitting a few more spots it was time to get sendy at my local skatepark with the help from my Hopper ramp, how sick are these ramps!?

Never thought of it before but the sound in your videos is actually amazing. I watch channels with people doing far less strenuous stuff and they have trouble capturing themselves talking, even with a wireless mic. This channel has Sam narrating while riding stair sets of doom, flying off dirt jumps of ultimate destruction, and whipping down mountains of perfect vertical senditure and you can hear every word. Really nice work!
Mate your ability to knock out sick tricks on all terrain is a pleasure to watch. You make it all look so easy.

Siick! Am liking the urban freeride courses / multiple hopper setups alot. The parking structure one was epic. Also, caught the Pete Tong reference-- great movie. I remember watching it and Layer Cake for the first time within weeks of eachother during a film class I was taking in 2005, still big favorites

I guess he was thinking that because the session had to end prematurely it meant they weren't missing out on a great set-up, so therefore it was a good thing that it didn't flow well.

I'm a landscape architect and when I'm designing public spaces you can sometimes see so much potential for jumps, drops etc especially if you had a hopper ramp. Back in the good old days a full sheet of slightly flexible ply and stack of breeze blocks could see you getting some serious distance!

also it was a relief to see that a hopper was being used as a landing. pretty much guaranteed that the catastrophic ramp failure wouldn't be on takeoff, and therefore less devastating than it could have been.

At some point in time we have to see a compilation of all the "magic" unfoldings of the hoppers. Just an 8-hours ASMR video of Sam's panting and labouring, while Louis stands there at the same location to not lose the camera angle.

Another epic video that started out good then got better w/ the new mic (I noticed a couple of weird spots like when you were going over the tunnel and on a couple other drops) and good video from your cameraman.... I always notice when it's not Lubes because Tom always does those sweeping shots where he walks around you. LoL Keep up the good work guys and great video....
