Next month, I am going to be in Hartford. I am looking at taking this track to Penn Station and back later on 146. Do you know how easy is it to swap to a NJT train at Penn station and how much time should I leave my self? I am going to swap to to a NJT train there to get to Morristown, NJ and catch another back that evening to get the 146. Thx
