  • St. John Co-cathedral was dedicated to Saint John the Baptist. It was built by the Order of St. John between 1573 and 1578, having been commissioned by Grand Master Jean de la Cassière as the Conventual Church of Saint John.

Impressive cathedral. Sort of "over decorated", some conquistador cathedrals in S. America. Maybe the preferred style of the era? But indeed impressive. I've never been to Malta, it's one place I would like to visit. Thank you for the tour. And very pleasant piano music you chose for this video. It couldn't have been louder, but it wasn't too loud. And fine that the volume went down while you were talking. The camera work was also fine, each clip moving only in its own one direction (less confusing). Well done. A pleasure to watch.

@@LaParisienne971 You're welcome. I'm glad it help. It helps me too. If I think about things I would see done differently I think well about it before telling it, and I try it out myself as well on the rare occasions I myself shoot some video footage. So it improves my own shots too, as well as better knowing how to express my reaction or sometimes give advice. 😊
I do mean that your camera work has improved over this... 1½ year? It is more steady, and has a gentle flow over the objects filmed. Sticking to one direction within a clip, and moving or zooming only gently, gives the viewer time to discover what the clip is about, and to appreciate the objects or views.
It's like admiring a beautiful landscape and finding small interesting details in it, that's much easier from a boat gently flowing down the stream than it is from a rollercoaster. 😊
