- The animatronics have been replaced by more modern, better-looking versions! Unwilling to be consigned to the Fazbear history books, Freddy decides to take revenge.
I didn't realise this animation would end up being 8 minutes long. My life has been really busy lately, which is why I didn't get this video out sooner. It's loosely based on Typhoon Cinema's "The Replacement", mostly at the beginning.
Ever since the new animatronic models arrived late last year, I've been feeling a little discouraged from Source Filmmaker. I've always loved the classic models, but now they've been unceremoniously discarded like they're meaningless. Don't forget: They've been crucial to FNAF animations for all the months they have existed. To say they've achieved nothing is totally ignorant.
Anyway, I had no choice to create this animation to ease my mind. The video basically sums up my opinions on the matter. I will use either the old and new models whenever the situation calls for it. I still prefer the old models - they're easier to emote - but you can use whatever you like!

This animation is a perfect representation of how the splinks models got old and were replaced with newer models but still created great nostagic fnaf sfm memories.
the new models are everything animations
The newer models are also more accurate to the real game.
And now the newer models are old, I’ve found a pack of really accurate animatronics and they look a lot better than either of these packs

Considering that the original SFM/Gmod models weren’t proper 3D renders, we REALLY needed these replacements. New and improved!

I get that we have more accurate and detailed models but to be honest, I prefer the old models more. They are more familar to me and there style is one I adore the most, through my favorite animations the best have been with these old models, nothing to me can replace them for good.
It’s been 7 years and I still came back to see animation. Good old times

I like the new models because they're more accurate and alot better looking , But i love the old ones because they've been around for alot longer then the new ones, it's so easy to recognize the older models in soo many SFM videos. And then of cource we have the really old ones, those who first took to SFM animating!
the old Foxy were so inaccurate , differences:
1-The snout were too big
2-The teeths were bented to the outside of the mouth, also, they were all white while Real Foxy has some gold teeths
3- he was too small, Real Foxy it is the same size of the other animatronics

yeah fnaf 2 takes place in 1987 then we have fnaf 1 as you can read in the fnaf 2 ending that the withered would be rebuilt to be the ones from the first game
Dcornejo09 FNaF 2 was in 1987, because the paycheck said it. In FNaF 1, it was 1993, even though 93 wasn’t shown, there’s proof. FNaF 3 is 2023, Scott confirmed it. And said it was 30 years after FNaF 1. So 2023 - 30 = 1993.

10 years since the first game, still ages better.
It's message is incredibly meta with the fact that the i6nis and splinks models were found accurate at the time.
Now that the official models have been ripped from the actual games, these models are no longer used that much anymore, only within our memories.
The part where the older ones break the new ones are represented of fans who don't like to accept changes. However, they do apologize to new foxy like how fans just have to accept change anyway.
The part where the old models do one more performance represent the last bit of animations with these very designs.
Still crazy that 2014 was 10 years ago.

I don't like the new models
Pockles Tribe's ENEMY that's probably only because you saw the sfm videos before the game or saw the sfm videos and never saw the game models. It's like when look at ourselves in a photo and a mirror, one looks normal and the other doesn't, most commonly we're used to our mirror's picture which is why we don't look right in photos.
I'm one to see the games first so to me these old sfm models never looked right to me, Freddy and Foxy were the worst looking to me and I felt satisfied when these new models were made
