No, Midi goes straight to the Steinberg interface UR22 mk II and then to the iPad. 192 -2 also has a USB output with which you can also go directly to the iPad or PC

can you send 2 pitch sequences out of 1 midi out on this thing? eg for 2 note sequences on a polysynth? 1 note plays low bass note and 1 note plays an arp?
