yeah you are right, but thefirst part are played by mick thomson. He is the reason i begann playing guitar. I love his agressiv palying style. Jim has a lot more melodie and is more chilled. together there are the perfect duo!!!!!! sorry for my english hahahaha. R.I.P joey fucking jordison......

Is Jim really that underrated?
I feel like he's getting the recognition he deserves, and his talent is very acknowledged. I Hendrix, Clapton and etc is being acknowledged way more, but they also revolutionized guitar playing in some ways. But when i mention Jim Root for other guitarists, they all acknowledge his massive talent
