I Ramaswamy am very happy to see the video on this hospital.
It was late 1947.I was 8yrs & joined the school in Robertson pet. This hospital at Marikuppam was called Company Hospital & the one at Robertson pet was called Civil hospital. I had visited both hospitals with my father who was an Electrical engineer with Govt. Mysore , and stayed in Electric colony in Champion Reefs. I remember Dr. Krishnamurthy who was serving in Company Hospital. He was the brother of Dr. Venkat subba Rao who retired as Dean of Victoria Hospital in Bangalore. He was an MRCP foom England. The company Hospital I attended OPD many times. It was a nice experience as we were young.
It is Nostalgic & I can get more to share their experiences as they are in late 80 & 90's. Who are still available.
