This movie deserves the Oscar for best Animated feature. Man, the animation style, and the characters, humor and plot. Everything! Really had a lot of fun and laughs when I watched this.
Sadly, it lost last minute to Encanto 😔. It still won a bunch of other awards though!

This movie is just amazing. Always keep me laughing and has such a good humor! Some of the scene are emotional for me, maybe because my relationship with my Dad and how realistic it could get! No one could ever replace the love of Family.
It was an incredible film that managed to be a tear jerker, hilariously funny, filled with an awesome message and inclusive to boot. It had the energy/style of the Spiderverse movie.

This is definitely my favourite movie of all time, I can never get tired of this! It's amazingly hilarious and had a great moral. All the characters were so likable as well, none of them made me ago, "I really don't like this character, it could have been written better." I even loved pal, despite being evil, she was extremely funny! But monchi will always have a place in my heart
i reeeaally liked it, very relatable as a teenager who wants to be more independent. And it also has a lot of lessons and meaning.

The art style is so cool, it's almost trippy to look at. At first it looks 3-dimensional but when you look closer it's sort of flat, almost Ed, Edd, and Eddy-esque imo. I dunno how to explain it. I love it.

Family is worth fighting for, on a scale of 1 to 10 the one scores infinity I'll never forget this lesson and the beauty of it
Why?😭 The Mitchells vs. The Machines was written and directed by *Michael Rianda,* one of the secondary writers AND voice actors of Gravity Falls, but the marketing is being unfair to him because it only cares about _the producers_ of Sony's earlier animated films, Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs and Into the Spider-Verse + writing and directing WB's The Lego Movie. I know what the problem really is. They doubt Michael Rianda because he has little credibility as a filmmaker! His only writing credits before The Mitchells vs The Machines were 7 Gravity Falls episodes, and the short films Everybody Dies in 90 Seconds and Work. I am not surprised, but still shocked that writing and voice acting in a big, popular show like Gravity Falls, even for doing it in a smaller capacity than Alex Hirsch when they both worked both jobs, is not enough to make Mike Rianda a fairly recognizable name before he made The Mitchells vs The Machines, but here is hoping that this is the film to put him on the map the next time he makes an animated family adventure film as cool as this.

Yeah I’m glad they changed it. The Connected title made me thing it was a regular family bonding movie. Then they showed the robots and stuff. It was just confusing.

At least disney still used the spider-verse win as marketing for Far From Home and a possible live-action multiverse so there was that.
Pixar is just playing it safe and it all looks the same. I know they have a brand look, but Luca has that bean mouth look and it turned me off.
