Just a little note that ASAP is a weekly show (runs for 3-4hrs I believe) which means the performers on the show typically get 1 week to prep for their performances. That is also on top of all their other schedules. It's not unusual for a performer to learn their prod the day before the show airs.
Sometimes she pre records her performances (but rarely) and usually repeats it until she's satisfied with it but 95% of the time the show airs live. 😄
Ovela's right.. Abs Cbn is a network with several studios inside their building.. They have studio for ASAP, Your Face sounds Familiar, and for their other TV shows..

I also understand why sometimes you do not like the vocals of Sarah G. Unfortunately, those videos happened during the time she was losing her vocal prowes bcoz of so many committment she had to do during those times: album recording, tours, shows and movies in the same year. I was also disappointed, worried and confused during those years, I couldnt see the Sarah I love. Then, in an interview she really admit that her voice suffered, she lost it, struggles...thats why she changed her genre. Yet there is really about Sarah that shines when she performs. It is not easy to please Pinoys in terms of singing...we really have this standard that really put pressure to our singers. Sarah is really special. Theres a lot of better singers in terms of belting and etc...but for some reason they didnt reach the level of stardoom of Sarah G. (of course except The Queen, Regine V.) Thankfully she is recovering. Most importantly, thanks a lot to all your honest reactions. Love them.

sarah perfroms in asap like almost EVERY WEEK with NEW song and dance routine which only leaves her with couple of days to learn. no other filipino or international artist can do that. most international artist learn their song and dance routine for months and perform it for almost a year.

ASAP is every Sunday only. It's a noon-time show by ABS-CBN. And you can't just "grab a ticket and watch ASAP", there's usually 2 months of waiting before you can watch one.

ASAP actually features a lot of the most popular artists of today. Having the likes of Gary V. and Martin Nievera (you probably don't know him yet) leading such a show says a lot. Meanwhile the daily noontime shows are the other types of variety shows. Shows like IT'S SHOWTIME is one. It has some dancing and singing (many times, they are competitions like Tawag ng Tanghalan), and other kinds of contests that they can come up with.
For 15 years in the business, she has never been down. she is always on the top list.

abscbn is the network and ASAP is one of the weekly shows but yes there's a variety show like that on a daily basis. most of them are artists doing dance number or singing performance as a way of promoting their works that can either be tv shows, concert or new single or an album. that's why you see performances from showtime which is a mon-sat show and ASAP on sundays, and different talk shows where they also do special numbers like that.
