Very cool. Jinx wins though. She was a crack shot with guns as a child and never praised about it. she’s as smart as Victor. She has expertise with gadgets & explosives, she has insane reflexes and that’s before she was revived with shimmer which definitely a enhanced her abilities. What really clinches it is she’s unpredictable. You don’t know if she’s going to hug you and blow you up, or hug you and ruin your shirt with a paint bomb. Caitlyn is also very intelligent and a sharpshooter, however Jinx is a genius manipulator who would use traps, sleight of hand, combine with her fast reflexes. She would be able to beat Caitlyn.
