    I tried both and went with the Kioti 4020 SE because it was cheaper with more extras. I have had it 6 months and really like it.

    The turn radius of the kioti is amazingly tight. Great for confined areas or the woods.

    This is a good video. I've got a Kubota that I'm happy with, and my dealer is only 15 minutes up the road vs. my nearest Kioti dealer which is at least 90 minutes one way. Having the dealer nearby has saved me a few times getting back up and running same day; if I had a Kioti dealer within spitting distance like my Kubota, I'd probably have a Kioti outside instead. I didn't know that they were Kioti-built from the ground up like Kubota; that was a huge selling point for me over the guys in green, given the headaches I've had with other equipment built by multiple outfits.

      What?! Kubotas are supposed to be completely trouble free! But seriously, you're right on the money. Dealer service and support are the most important factor. All equipment will have some sort of problem every once and awhile.

    My local kubota dealer did me a great service. They were so shitty and shady they lost an easy sale. So I went and found Kioti 30 miles down the road -bought a tractor in about 10 minutes. It’s better and cheaper in every way. The dealer is amazing. Thank you Crystal Tractor in Chiefland Florida for making me a Kioti guy.

    The higher capacities, performance and extras included on the Kioti on top of being thousands of dollars cheaper beats Kubota for me. I was looking at a new Kubota LX4020 with a cab, loader, grapple, rear blade, pallet forks and post hole digger and the dealer wanted $60k! I priced a Kioto CK3520SE Cab HST with the same attachments and it was a $42k...It just seems to me that Kubota is just being greedy.

    This was a VERY good comparison of the CK Se Kioti to the Kubota L 02 classes of Compact tractors. With the " WIN" clearly going to Kioti CK Se's. The Kubota has the "Spilt-brakes" & it is the only "Real plus". ( l do have a bigger Kubota/ a MX,& its Great,reliable...but primitave ; just like the L series Kubota. Kubota just doesn't have Amplifying Bucket-linkage assembly's, or Modern stearing( they use diagonal unprotected link bars HANGING out in Front Purely UNPROTECTED, & that "Goofy-Old-School" & Clunky Loader valve just "Hanging-out-there" BLOCKING lots of Visability,& Eliminateing Right-side access& egress. Kubota's Prices are WAY out of Line,& are living Off of their "market-share name"... they are good tractors / BUT So are ALLLL the Rest. Thank you Sir for the Excelent vidio and happy safe tractoring. Best wishes with all your endeavours.

    What do you think about the kioti ck2620 and the kubota l2502 Are those compatible machines? And if they are, the price point is definitely way apart. But I want to know about the motor and transmission on the kioti have you had any problems with it

    • @kentonequipment4687
      @kentonequipment4687  Před 6 měsíci +1

      The comparison between both of those is very similar to the models mentioned in this video. I will say the CK2620 open station doesn't currently have an "SE" version, which will lower the price. The motor/tranny are very problem free. Being a pre-emissions model, it's an engine Kioti has had for a long time with few changes. It's the most popular model in their lineup for a reason!

    Do Kioti dealers negotiate off the web msrp prices or is it one of those no haggle deals?

    • @kentonequipment4687
      @kentonequipment4687  Před 8 dny +2

      You're going to find that most dealers don't post pricing at all because it takes a MONUMENTAL effort to keep all that stuff current and accurate all year long. If they, do they might post MSRP, but I couldn't tell you i've ever seen a dealer actually selling at MSRP. The market is to competitive for that. If you look at our website you won't see MSRP. You'll see accurate sale pricing that's around 20% less than MSRP, and i'd guess falls in line with where most dealers around the country are.

    The real question is, what is the average time for a tractor owner before they decide to go bigger and trade or sell the tractor? The answer to that helps determine lifetime savings or present savings

    • @kentonequipment4687
      @kentonequipment4687  Před 5 měsíci +1

      I assume you're saying the Kubota would cost less over time. For our local customers we extend the powertrain warranty out to 10 years. We saw so little issues after 20 years we decided to include it for free. Thanks for watching!

      @kentonequipment4687thank you for the reply. From your experience, what is the average life for an owner with a compact tractor?

    • @kentonequipment4687
      @kentonequipment4687  Před 5 měsíci +3

      It can vary widely. Some owners will do as much as 500-600 hours a year of hard use. They'd be lucky to get one to 10 years without major replacement parts. Most people won't pass 100-200hrs of use a year. They should see 15-20 years of use without major powertrain problems. 3,000hrs is a good metric to use, assuming the tractor has been maintained well.@@curtc.721

    When is Kioti going to make and offer a TLB . Without asking a outrageous over price? The price of the L47 and M62 kubota is ridiculous. I can buy a JD410 "real" backhoe a couple years old for the same price.

    • @kentonequipment4687
