Everyones' experiences with period pain is different. For some its not so bad and others its terrible it feels like labour & you can't even get out of bed. And for others its accompanied by other issues as well eg,back pain,body aches,migraines,lethargy, dizziness,nausea , vomiting, diarrhoea,fever etc. We are all somewhere on that spectrum of pain and discomfort. Everyone has a different experience so it is insensitive for those who like to do so, to speak on an experience they know nothing about.

Just like I always say, if men really got monthly, painful periods like most women, there would be a cure for it right away. Women do have a very high threshold to pain then men. Men are babies when it comes to pain. But sadly it is a women's problem so there is next to no relief or cure for our monthly extreme pain.
