We don’t want any Indian companies in Karnataka. We have enough MNC’s in Karnataka. All other Indian investors please go to Bihar,UP, Rajastan,West Bengal ,Madyapradesh,Orissa and north east states. We don’t want to loose Kannada culture in Karnataka anymore.

@@A770924 all the diversity is a hoax you should see the HR lobbying done by other state people especially Telugu and Malayalam therefore this law was implemented. Locals were told to stay quiet in the name of country and all the jobs and real estate was occupied by other state people by lobbying.

Bangaluru It sector stand at around 200 billion dollars....the local restaurants to people giving thr homes fr rent every sector will hit, state ways to generate tax indirectly nd directly will hit...idk what is going around just fr vote bank they are indirectly hitting the centre of Karnataka's main economy.
@@Krishna-qv4mv people give other state people a lot of credit for the economy if these people go then the locals will and other people like foreigners will come to the city and open companies. Already lots of Americans, Germans and Israeli have opened their companies in the city for example zoom car and california buritto are the startup headquartered in the city.
If anything other state people are happy. Kerala and AP have already invited businesses to come to their state in case Karnataka throws them out. The country is not in fear, it's about the repercussions of the bill after it becomes an act.

@@Sagar_RS Americans, Germans, Israeli or any other nation's companies will go away if the reservation is compulsory. Companies run on merit not reservation. How do you ensure that localites of Karnataka are the most meritorious people in the country? Do you realise, that Karnataka is a state of India and not an independent country. When you say Karnataka is not dependent on "me" but on some foreign country, it's wrong. When you are hell bent on implementing this rule and proudly saying you depend on them and not "me", forget "me", i might find an other job in some other state, even those companies will leave. You are driving them away out of the state. I hope you see that it's the state suffers. It's an unfortunate situation mainly for the Karnataka state(when your 25% GDP comes just from the IT companies which you are planning to antagonise by this new rule) and also for the country.
Companies will start migrating from karnataka to some other states if this draconian rule gets passed.

The entire Karnataka will suffer, in a competitive environment it's very tough to bring companies and investments. The companies and Employees where they are they will pay the Taxes to Karnataka govt which can be spent across state. But if investment environment is disturbed in long-run entire state people will suffer. The solution lies Just by promoting skill development and human resources to local people and make them competitive.
Fun fact: kannadigas are supporting this, in my company most local kannadigas seems happy for this bill, if you ask me i want this to get implemented, so that we can go back

There is nothing wrong in reserving a certain % of the jobs. This is a quick fix but essential as over the previous 15 yrs nothing tangible has been done towards skill development.
The state has a high % of literacy and technically qualified people.

If you're skilled enough and are able to clear the job interview then you don't need a quota. Everyone is free to walk in when interviews are conducted. You need to get selected on your own merit dude, not by force or obligation.

What percentage of colleges and schools have non-kannadiga students?
This is my take on this reservations... I got all India 58th rank in jipmer exams for a total 100 seats. But I was told not to bother coming because more than 70 percent of seats were reserved with a 50 percent reservation for people from Tamil Nadu.. Noone blinked an eye when such things were happening. Karnataka government has the right to ask companies to reserve places for the locals but it has to be going forward. You cannot impose this on companies already working in karnataka right now. And there should be a give and take. What great facility other than providing permits is the govt doing to attract the companies? Land tax rebates? Gst rebates? These should also be thought about... Kamru is an idiot if the only thing he knows is to blame everything on modi
