Seabreeze Ceiling Fan. Decorative/Residential Model.

- Hi guys,
Here is my Seabreeze rattan blade fan I got recently. This one has had some strange doings done with it in the past. The canopies and down rod are from a 90s Reef Breeze fan, it’s funny though because Seabreeze fans are older than the Reef Breeze ones so I dont know why they went through the trouble of replacing the original hardware except the motor and blade assemblies, from a different fan. The oyster light appears to be an aftermarket model too. It’s essentially a “Frankenfan”!
There were two RB fans for sale along with this fan, but they were the iteration with the small hamburger shaped motors and the schoolhouse light kits.
Performance is okay, moves a decent amount of air however I was expecting that it might had moved a bit more.

That light kit doesn’t suit the fan lol
I agree with you, not to mention that I think the oyster light design is a bit crap. It is designed to have two globes but the globes I have that go into the type of fitting (bayonet) are too cumbersome for the glass to fit on.
@@justderpy3043 Yeah personally don’t really like oyster light kits on fans I just think there too bulky and too hard to fit on the clipper light kits I found are much easier to attach to the fan
@@RyanFowler-co1xf Oh yeah. At the moment, I currently do not own a ceiling fan with a clipper light, but I’m trying to chase a decent one though!
@@justderpy3043yeah I’ve got quite a few fans with clipper lights and not many with oyster light kits I have a 36 inch Clipsal airflow with an oyster light kit and a cane blade one aswell as a martec tropical breeze and a brass and white martec reef breeze which is installed in my bedroom at my dads house
